Great training tool
If your looking to add strength to your players handle without forcing the weight room on a player, this is a great option, will improve muscles and reaction time with the ball, I have seen a huge improvement from son and his confidence with the ball, his command and overall handle has improved greatly we work this ball into his normal handling workout twice a week for about 20 to 30 mins, I would say more than this may be tough on young players. but well made highly recommend

It Does The Purpose…
The weighted ball felt and looked very nice, after airing the ball up it felt way more heavier than the way it felt before I put air in it. Overall really good product. My Opinion: I prefer not to use the heavy weighted basketball for shooting, I do like how now I can train on dribbling with my left arm now!

I purchased this for my grandson’s birthday. He loved it. He has been playing basketball and wanted something to strengthen his wrists. This ball fit the bill. It has already improved his game.
