Wine Bottle Opener Corkscrew Set-[2020 Upgraded] Holleringlan Wine Opener Kit With Foil Cutter,Wine Stopper And Extra Spiral

I bought this product as a replacement for what looked like a identical product. It' not quite the same. However before I get into that, I must say that the wine opener works like it supposed to i.e. removes corks efficiently and without any damage to the corks. It's also looks beautiful with the copper/bronze like finish. It comes packaged in a gift box with all the accessories you might need.Compared to my previous wine opener of the same design and with the same accessories, the metal used is much thinner and lighter. The handle seems like it might bend or break when removing stubborn corks and all the accessories seem flimsy and cheap. Seem like cost cutting to me.

Seemed like a nice opener and worked well for a little while. After 3 months the corkscrew just goes on the cork and unwinds out of the cork but the cork stays in the bottle.But, the seller contacted me and sent a free replacement even after the Amazon return window was closed. Moved it to 4 stars, well, because the first one broke after three months. If this one lasts longer, I'll assume the first was a fluke and raise the rating. The opener does seem nice and works great.

I open a lot of wine. Like, a lot. I've gone through many of these openers of varying brands over the years. Eventually they always break where the metal handle attaches to the molded plastic. The price for these was better than I expected and the number of positive reviews convinced me to buy two sets, one for now and another for when I eventually break that one. They work exactly the same as all my previous openers. Definitely the best way to quickly remove a cork. I don't know what any of those negative reviewers saying it pushes the cork back into the bottle are talking about. That has never happened to me with any of the literally thousands of bottles I've opened. Maybe y'all are buying cheap wine with plastic corks? Who knows. I'm sure I've opened some of those too at some point. Never had a problem.My only complaint is that the metal handles you squeeze on these are not as beefy as any of the other brands I've used. They're almost an inch shorter. Nothing really wrong with that, just not what my hand is used to squeezing. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality and I expect them to last a long time before they break like the others. You definitely want metal handles. Don't go for the knockoffs that have bendy plastic handles.

I had a problem, the opener broke and would not function after fewer than normal use.. Contacted the company for a replacement as it is under warranty. They responded immediately and sent out a new opener immediately . I Can not be happier with the customer service ..five stars ! . The product is a good opener maybe the one i had was defective , but this company responded immediately . Stellar !

The color is great. I had a wine opener like this a long time ago and forgot how much easier and faster it makes opening a bottle. I bought this for the opener itself and the color, not for the additional items it comes with, which does make it a nice overall set. The foil cutter broke the first time I used it (the cutting wheels came off) but I didn't ask to get them replaced since I already have foil cutters and again, not why I purchased the item. Either the gauge on the clamp or the hinge for the clamp itself is a little off. As a result, getting the cork off the screw after it's out of the bottle is a little tricky. I considered returning it after the first use due to the issues, but ultimately decided to keep it after a few more uses in overcoming the quirks. The price, color, or overall ease made it worth keeping.

Easy to use but after 20-30 bottles it stopped working. The plunged goes down into the bottle/cork. But when you reverse it to pull the cork out the auger turns, leaving the cork in the bottle. There is no mechanism to tighten the auger/lock it into gear. Do not buy this crap.

The bottle opener works great. Easy to use even with old hands. Now the bottle stopper is another issue. Will not stay in the bottle and the tool to remove the seal is not really worth it, my pocket knife works better.

I had a similar wine bottle opener that used the same mechanism type. It broke after 10 years. This broke pretty quickly unfortunately. The colour is nice.I do not recommend.
