Very sturdy, sharp knives. Comes with a sharpener as well. The block is heavy and I've cleaned them in the dishwasher several times with no wear or tear on them. They look nice and I've replaced all of my cutting utensils with just using this set.

We got these knives as a wedding present and they were the best gift we got. My husband is very picky about knives and really wanted us to get a good quality set and these have not disappointed. We have had them for going on 6 years and recommend them to all our friends and family. They are not dishwasher safe but they are easy to clean and have lasted us for so long. It’s so nice having the knife sharpening option in the block. Couldn’t love this product more!

My boyfriend from Germany was very happy with this gift for Father's Day one year. These are crazy sharp. We were just disappointed when we read that they were manufactured in India when we thought they only came from Germany. They're still a great quality but I guess we'll have to order direct from the website if we want the German made product.
