Desde que empecé a usarlo, siento menos dolor en la espalda y mi postura ha mejorado mucho. 🙌 Pedí primero la talla S, pero me quedó muy ajustada. Mido 5’6” y peso 140 libras, así que la talla M me quedó perfecta. ✅ Es cómodo, fácil de poner y lo uso mientras trabajo en casa o hago cosas. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho si quieres cuidar tu espalda! 🧘‍♀️✨ I bought this posture corrector for myself and it’s been very helpful. Since I started using it, I’ve felt less back pain and my posture has really improved. 🙌 At first I ordered size S, but it felt too tight. I’m 5’6” and weigh 140 lbs, so size M fit me perfectly. ✅ It’s comfortable, easy to wear, and I use it while working at home or doing chores. I definitely recommend it if you want to take care of your back!

La faja corrector de postuta esta muy bien, lo único que no me gustó es que los tirantes calan mucho en las activas y alrededor por que se aprieta y hace bolas le falta halgo mas acolchonado o ara qué se soporte esa presión de lo demas esta muy bien 👍

Undersized from U.S.A. perspective. Probably made in China for smaller people (both slimmer, shorter, smaller bodies). Get at least one size up from what they say in measuring. I am 6'0", 210, big frame American man. I got the 2XX size, the largest. Barely fits only modestly. It's too short in the back for one thing. Does not come up nearly as high on the shoulder blades in the back as shown in the photos. I can get it around my waist (42", I'm not fat at all), but mostly its just too short in the overall length of it in the back. It's like so many wearable things coming out of China. They make everything too small for Americans. The quality of this brace seems pretty good, and I think it will give decent support, so it's not a bad investment from that perspective; just needs to be bigger (mostly longer in the back). I guarantee you should buy at least one size bigger than you might think.

I love this back support! I had my low back fused, so now I have discomfort in my upper back. I've wanted some sort of support for the upper middle back, and this is the answer. i do not do the shoulder straps as directed though. For my needs I pull the straps down over my shoulders and cross them over in front and then velcro them together in back. This way it supports my back. I ordered it according to the measurement suggestion, but it is alittle snug, so I reordered it up one size. One other thing I would suggest they make a longer option too. This one stops right at my waist. It would be more support if it had longer options too.

For someone that must wear an orthotic upper and lower back brace. This fits the need. Im using car seat shoulder pad to easy the armpit abrasion pain from the tie downs.

I had a torn muscle in my upper back. It's one of the muscles just inside each shoulder blade. I tried various supports but nothing was perfect. Finally settled on a small X shaped support which worked okay provided my wife was home to help me put it on because it had to be pulled down from behind. It was impossible to fit properly by myself. The muscle eventually healed but tore again a year later. I still had the old support which worked as long as my wife was around. I looked on Amazon again for a better one. Found this. Gave it a try. It works great! It works even better than the other smaller one and best of all, I can fit it perfectly without needing the help of a second person. The straps are elastic so I'm not sure they give enough support to pull the shoulders back like you might want with a posture corrector. But for upper back support, this thing is awesome. Be sure to measure your upper waist per the description and don't be afraid to get the larger size than you think you need. I got the 2 XXL size and I'm 215 lbs.
