Very skeptic as is most people nowadays. But it works. Has only been a week 1/2 but I am already feeling less hot flashes during the day and less night sweats at night.. Thank you ... I expect the more I continue to use, the less and less the sweats will come but already feeling relief so soon... Thank you...

I didn't think that this was working at first. I had read the reviews and was expecting it to work within a week like some others had said. I'm SO glad that I kept taking it!!!!!! My hot flashes are NIGHT and DAY from what they were! I was miserable, waking up 5-6 times per night with head to toe sweat and hot flashes every hour during the day, sometimes more. After 3 weeks of taking this, my hot flashes went from being a 10 to a 2 on a scale. I go days and weeks without even having one as well. I will be sending my mom a bottle and I will not stop taking this!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I take one of these before bed and it helps me get through most of the night without hot flashes. Instead of every hour on the hour, I don't get a hot flash until 5 or 6am.

I had a SUDDEN introduction to menopause symptoms consisting of hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and anxiety. Very unpleasant to say the least. I took this product as instructed on the label and it gradually reduced and then stopped my hot flashes after three weeks. (What a relief!) However, I acquired a racing heart and heart palpitations which isn’t a desirable side effect. I tried to get used to the sensation because I certainly didn’t want all the other discomforts and misery of menopause to return, but I couldn’t deal with it. So I googled each of the ingredients in this product for side effects and found that licorice produces racing heart and/or heart palpitations in some people. I went back to the drawing board to search out a product that would deliver relief from menopause symptoms without licorice in the ingredients. I found Estro-Aid by SM Nutrition which is one capsule once a day (also sold on Amazon) and it works perfectly for me. It is less costly also, since it’s one a day instead of two a day. In addition, you take it every day so I don’t have to remember to stop taking it at the end of every third week for seven days like I did with the DrsFormula. I took the DrsFormula product for almost 4 months as instructed on the bottle and have taken the Estro-Aid as directed for the same amount of time. It took a couple weeks to be rid of the racing heart symptom after I switched from the DrsFormula to the Estro-Aid and thankfully, I haven’t had any since. AND I don’t have the hot flashes, night seats, insomnia or anxiety anymore!!!!

I liked the herbal formula a lot of quality herbs in it, and they make me feel good.

I’ve been taking this since Jan 2021. I’d tried other supplements for, hot flashes, brain fog, irritability, lethargy and this one has been the most helpful. I felt significantly better after I started taking it. Initially I took one a day. That worked for me. I felt almost normal again. About 6 months or so, ago my symptoms began returning so I stepped it up to the recommended two a day. Again the symptoms subsided. I’m still taking two a day but just in the past few week my symptoms have started returning. I will not be exceeding the recommended dosage. So the search resumes for me. Reviewed 6/8/2022

Dr's Formula helps me with hot flashes, but more importantly, with emotional support so I don't get weepy and sad due to hormonal imbalance.

During the first COVID shut down I could not get my usual Shacklee product since there was a supply problem, that lasted a few months, so I had to go searching for a temporary replacement. I tried many items but could tell in about 2 weeks whether they worked or not but when I ordered and used this product, I found it to be the BEST of all the temporary options. I definately will use this as my backup if I ever have any more supply problems for my Shacklee product.
