I wrapped each one in a plastic baggie & put them in my freezer for emergency aches, pains, headaches, sprains, & to carry in my insulated pouch when I go walking out in hot weather to put to my face & neck. Good to grab for hot flashes too. They haven't burst or leaked out into the zipped plastic sandwich bag. When they get warm and melted, I put them back in the freezer.
