Have been using for quite a while but wasn't sure they did tablets as well. So I bought them. Easy to swallow.

Arrived very quickly.
Seems to have helped with my heart condition. Been using it for about 6-8 weeks & my heart is not enlarged anymore. I don't want to mislead anyone as I take a couple of other supplements as well. But I do believe this has helped me a great deal.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
After trying this product for the first time, did not taste like Arjun!! Im pretty sure they have added another herb called triphala to it which is a purgative!! Did not agree with me at all. I re-ordered another brand I used before as that was pure, only ordered this one as it had more in the pack, also the colour was lighter. definitely would not recommend this brand!! I have studied ayurvedic herbs and know the taste, and that was not right.

Mix with dark fruit tango
A level tea spoonful + 3x stevia pills 1x rosehip vitamin C and a gram of Magnesium citrate. Once or twice a day. It has not slowed or fixed my irregular heart beat but I feel great.

A big one to swallow but okay one
I have been taking this from a while, no side effects as such. Only problem is, its a bit big to swallow. But not observed any side effects.

I have started drinking the product. It's too early to share the effect but It tastes good with milk. I am making it like English tea. just replace tea with Arjuna Chhal. I will update review after month for health benefit
