This tool is reasonablely easy to use and I like that it holds one of the probes in a clamp on its side. I cannot report it's accuracy, but I am confident that it's function is as well made as it's exterior. Even the case appears to be well made. It's kind of big because of the clamp, but it fits in my tool bag just fine and the price was reasonable for a brand name product. I have another more expensive volt meter, but I like the Klein better because it has a flat screen.. Even with the back light on, the curved screen on the other tester I own I finger difficult to read. That’s kind of an industrywide cut off point between “normal“ power versus what is generally considered to be high voltage. I would feel comfortable using it to test 480 V all day long. I would not use it over 600 V under any circumstances. **Q: Does it measure volts in millivolts in DC? How many digits does it show after the decimal?** A: Yes. 3 decimal points after whole volts.
