I was told by a family friend, Covercraft makes the best sunscreens... and while only time will tell, so far I love this one! It's a perfect fit for my 2025 CX-5, leaving only tiny slivers of the windshield uncovered on the corners. I purchase a used one, so it didn't come with any bag or carrying case, but had one from a older sunscreen that will work to protect it. So far it's great at keeping the dash & car cooler in direct sun, but will need to wait until the warmer months next year for the true test. It feels very sturdy, and extremely similar to the stock one that came with my 2017 Forester. As such, I'm guessing you'll want to keep this one from getting wet, as that is what ruined the other one (as I believe it's a chipboard / cardboard filling). Folds up nicely, and easily storable in the cargo area or back seat.

Excellent laser focused fit, thick yet light weight, folds up nicely. Of course this is more expensive one, there are others less expensive, but listen to me now and you'll thank me later, This shade is in a league of it's own, you get what you pay for. Had a Covercraft sunscreen in our previous vehicle for over 9 years and held up well. Lastly this screen does a very nice job of reflecting the UV rays and protecting the dash, and does a great job keeping the car a lot cooler on hot summer days!

I did not want to have to spend this much on. a sun shield, but I'm glad I did. It seems very durable and does a great job of keeping sun and heat out, is easy to put up and fits well. I only gave it 4 stars for value for money because it is REALLY expensive. For comparison I ordered one that was about half the price but very similar for an older car and while it works well it's not near as rigid and I can see how over time it won't hold up as well.

Ive used sunshades for years, most of the time they were cheap. since I discovered cover craft shades its all ive used in the last 4 vehicles ive owned. Fit is always right, it is thick material (unlike cheaper thin foil types) and you can feel the quality. Interior temps on a hot day will be down 20+ degrees (depends on angle of the sun and all my windows are tinted). Very impressed. It also saves dashboards from UV fade. More improtant in super hot climates but if you love your car this is a no brainer

The Covercraft UVS100 (UV11519SV for 2017-2020 Mazda CX-5 with Rearview Mirror Mounted Camera, Silver) fit my 2019 CX-5 perfectly. I like the Covercraft brand, in general, but the products tend to not be priced competitively (as was the case here). I knew getting a rigid shade would be more (I don't like the flexible, roll-up or "floating" disc shades), but I wasn't 100% sure of the fitment of the TuningPros equivalent. In retrospect, the Covercraft isn't 50% better than a TuningPros shade... and the Covercraft doesn't come with a storage bag. Regardless, the UVS100 is nicely made, even if it's not the best value. Conditionally recommended.
