Natural!
I think they work well. I like the fact that they are natural. I had to stop taking them because my doctor decided to put me on a Gerd medicine. Whenever I stop taking the new medicine, I will begin taking Hilma again when needed.

Did not work at all! I was in a lot of discomfort because it didn't even touch my heartburn. I had to go back to my Prilosec.

Good product. Poor Amazon service
This item is great - really works! My issue is I tried to subscribe with the large bottle and after much delay Amazon cancelled it! saying they could not agree on a price. Shame on Amazon! YOu can do better than this.
