Mounts to wall on inset mounting brackets that are very sturdy. It still moves a bit when you grab a larger knife but it's not beyond what I expected. It currently holds at least 6 larger knives and a kitchen shears. Super useful and extremely happy with my purchase. :)

The magnet doesn’t run the full length of the block which is not a problem just a nit pick about it, I ended up using gorilla tape to adhere the block to my tile backsplash which made installation super easy, it does have pre drilled slots to accept hardware installed into a wall if you prefer a more permanent solution. Very good quality magnet very strong and a very nice look to the wood

I know this description says its not for heavy knives, but my new knives are not heavy and they can slip a little so I have to put the knives upside down so the handle stops it from possibly sliding, and they stick to it well then. Looks very nice.. just wish the magnet was a little stronger.

This works great to hang all my knives on my kitchen. As long as you install it right it can hold a lot of weight. Very strong magnet.

Perfect for most of my blades. The magnets are not strong enough to hold my meat cleaver but are good enough to hold my Chinese vegetable cleaver. Cleavers are the same size except the meat cleaver has thicker metal so it weights a little more and will just slide off over night super slowly.

No complaints about this block! Works as intended and looks good. If you want to mount it to a tile backsplash, use some double-sided Gorilla sticky tape along the entire back to mount it. Some command strips might work too.

This product looks very pretty, although the one I received had a minor scratch on the face. The main issue I have with it is that the magnet is not very strong - it barely holds my Wusthof knives. It does not "grab" them like many magnetic holders do. You have to carefully place the knife and the heavier ones will often slide down a bit. The least bump could send them falling, which is really not a good thing with a sharp Wusthof knife! It was easy to install, though it would be much better if a paper template for the screw holes was included. Just wish the magnet was stronger.

Alguien lo devolvió y me lo encasquetaron a mí, la madera tenía golpes y se notaba su uso. Lo normal antes de la venta es verificar que esté correctamente antes de malvender el producto por obtener ganancias. Desilusionado, no lo volvería a comprar.

The magnets are too weak to hold the knives. They drop off and dent the counter. Am returning this product. Shame because it is really pretty!

Too heavy.. and crappy magnet. ***ALSO, I recently received a new credit card, so when I made the purchase they didn't have my new payment info, so they notified me my order was CANCELLED! I went back and read the reviews about how this product sucks. So I updated my payment info, and selected a better product to purchase. With No Warning or contact, their item shows up at my door, and my new card is somehow charged (even after they said my order was cancelled). Losers

Wenn es eng in der Küche ist, und ein Messerblock die Arbeitsfläche unnötig weiter einschränkt, kann eine Wandhalterung helfen. Sie hilft natürlich auch dabei seine edlen Messer besser in Szene zu setzen oder spart Geld zu einem Messerblock. Das Brett wird mit zwei schrauben an der Wand befestigt und hält meine Messer zuverlässig fest. Die Nachteile möchte ich natürlich nicht verschweigen: - Messer könnten einstauben - Mit rostige oder ungepflegte Messer präsentiert man so natürlich auch seinen Gästen - Wenn man ungeschickt stolpert könnte das "ins Auge gehen" - Vielleicht muss man das Brett in einem Haushalt mit Kindern sehr weiter oben anschrauben
