dislike. reasons as follow: after unpacking the monitor,we followed all the instructions as mentioned in the instruction book. during measuring we observed that diastolic blood pressure value showed abnormally low. as we are senior citizen and hypertension patients we knew the values shown were wrong. to confirm it we consulted a reputed doctor (MD) of central govt. my wife's pressure was first measured in the monitor in question. values shown systolic value was shown as 101 and diastolic value was shown as 53. pulse rate was shown as 72.time of measurement was 1 pm. we visited the dr. for regular check up at 2 pm. the blood pressure measured by the dr. values shown as 140/80. when we told the dr about the measurement taken by dr trust monitor the dr simply said values shown in the monitor are wrong and we should immediately return the monitor. we trust you with the belief that your product is a quality product but it simply a case of breach of trust. as the monitor after displaying the values speaks about normal / optimal blood pressure, people became happy and did not counter check the values with registered practitioner. it may aggrieve their health condition . as the digital blood pressure monitor is normally purchased by the elderly people for easy to monitor , wrong measurement not only shaken their belief but also turned out to be health hazard. the above details showed the company failed to supply quality product which caused among others mental and physical harassment to the senior citizens. I have lost complete faith on the product. to avoid further harassment, pl refund the money forthwith and abstain from supply such defective product to other innocent customers.

The machine is good. Returbed the product for two reasons. 1. The cuff is too large for hand cutoff size 22 in senior citizens. Face a lot of difficulty in wrapping in the upper up on their own. 2. The steel ring in cuff for wrapping is bit small and gets kinked in in the edges while folding and wrapping. This kink bites the skin in upper arm while inflating and it hurts. Hope the manufacturer will look into the above two points.

Useful product with good calibration and batteries come along with product which can be used. However, the product also works with power cable. Easy to use with multi language and speaker option. Works along with app to sync and get organized data. Had an issue with few months and got piece replacement under warranty great service by the team. Working nice since then withiut issue. We need to pay for the one way charges though.
