The Local ones available in the market are mostly plastic of various types (Like 2nd quality, 1st quality, mix, coloured or Virgin plastic and generally are called/sold as nylon which they are not). These are entirely different from the normal white/coloured plastic ones which are available in the market. The so-called plastic/nylon white ones gets hard over time and loosen its strength in the concrete. In addition to this, nylon can withstand far more heat than plastic; which means that these plugs will not deform from the heat produced by friction when screws are driven into a wall. Over a period of time plastic start to lose their grip in concrete especially in applications which are prone to movements like curtain rods, bathroom hangers, electrical installations, wall shelves and many more.
