I love this product! Thank God my doctor recommended it to my son and I. It also tastes delicious. My son was unable to relax enough at night after a long day. But after taking Megsfood every night his body is able to relax his nerves and muscles. I also take this, and it doesn't matter how hard my day has been I can count on Megafood relax to do it's wonderful work of relaxing my muscles and calms me enough to get a good night's sleep. You have no idea how well your body will rest and be able to get the best sleep. I recommend this. The product comes with a tiny spoon and all you need is one scoop mixed into water before bed,. Praise God. I get the best sleep ever. What's also great is that it is ALL NATURAL and good for your body.

I have been using this product for years and love it. I have a lifetime challenge with leg cramps from a childhood disease and magnesium pills/tablets were not doing the trick. This formulation is highly absorbable and works great. I like to blend it into herbal teas I brew for ice tea and its very enjoyable, though its fine by itself too. It takes a while to absorb into liquid. I have found it best to make my brew a hour or so before I consume it to give it time to absorb into my drink. I have actually gotten into the habit of brewing and blending the night before for the next day. This routine works great for me, but you don't need that long. Do shake/stir before drinking. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this to help me sleep and then discovered that I no longer get leg and foot cramps...even on the days I work out! I will always take this. And it tastes good!

It is the best magnesium supplement.

Definitely a five star item. I noticed that after taking it I get in a better mood and that’s great news. Helps with bowel movements for sure. Not sure yet about if it helps you sleep or not. The taste and smell are very pleasant. It is true that it doesn’t dissolve well right away, but give it some time. It is also true that half a container is empty, but it is not a big deal because the weight of the product is indicated on it. Will be ordering on a regular basis as a subscription, may try a different flavor.

The flavor isn’t good and upsets my stomach

This has been my daily magnesium for a while now and have ordered many times. It's easy to dissolve if put in a dry glass before water. Taste seems good to me, sort of fruity. I'm for anything that deducts pills from my supplement routine. It does not cause loose bowels (for me). I think it keeps away restless leg feeling and night time charley horse cramps. Also I used to have frequent lower back pain but not anymore.

I bought this as a way to get magnesium without swallowing another pill :-) Pros: the taste is good and the combination of the magnesium sources is appealing. However, I noticed that when I took this daily, I had some intestinal upset - not really diarrhea, but what my grandmother used to call a "gripey stomach" lol. Googled and discovered that mag citrate can cause diarrhea. Stopped this product, and issues stopped. So I've switched to a mag glycinate and mag malate combination pill.

item comes only half full and clumps in water. This is the worst supplement I’ve tried. Not only did it come only half-full, but it clumps with mixed with water and I saw no improvement in sleep or stress. This was a waste of money. Maybe this is why they don’t accept returns

This powder it’s water insoluble. I tried in warm water as well but still didn’t dizolve well. The part that doesn’t dissolve it sticks inside the mouth and it’s chewy. Not sure what’s made of but doesn’t have any effect. I prefer it in form of capsules. Better absorption and efficiency.

Disappointed with this product. It doesn’t dissolve well in water, the quantity is small, and it’s overpriced. Bought it because of the ‘Amazon’s Choice’ label but it didn’t meet expectations
