I use these for cheesecakes and there really easy to use. Easy to clean and makes removing cheesecakes from the mould super simple and quick. There a good size for making batches if individual cheesecakes or cakes.

I came up with an idea for individual deserts and this worked well.

I bought these for making Crumpets ^ English Mufins. They are perfect for the job. However, they are slightly flimsy, so need to be stored where they cannot be squashed, as they can distort easily. The little smash lids are a great addition, but not put them to use just yet!

These rings performed admirally and we're everything that they needed to be. Unfortunately, my first time crumpet making skills were so bad that I'll just buy them from now on and easily repurpose these rings to use for everything from pies to mousses to ice cream to layered jellies.

The metal was a bit sharp but after a while you learn how to handle them. It did what I needed it to as I initially only wanted to use them for mini cheesecakes but I may have a go at using them in the oven for mini cakes.

Very pleased with these baking ring. They wash well.
