We have carpet in two areas of our house and this has made it feel brand new! I was amazed at how much it cleaned and vacuumed up. I plan to use this monthly! Very pleased. Quality and design very functional and easy to use.

Easy to use. Not that heavy suction good but I went over it a few times to make sure it was really dry. Got lots of doggy stains out.

Did a great job. Picked up so much dog hair and it was so much more efficient & convenient with not having to worry about changing out the water like my older unit. It also did a great job on my cloth upholstery in my Jeep Wrangler Sahara.

When I say this thing has suction power… Even if you use the attachments & need to clean the couch or steps… it’s crazy how powerful it is. I had an extremely dirty white rug that i needed to go over a lot to get all the dirt up but bc of the dry function on this vacuum, I was able to without the rug getting too wet. Anyone who says their vacuum busted, I’m convinced they just don’t know how to use it. I’ve had this thing for a year now & use it often. It’s just as good as new. You need to take care of it though. Clean it thoroughly after every use, if it starts to act up during use, turn it off & clean out any hair.

Clip on shampooer broke after two uses and it’s cheaper to buy a whole New machine than to get a replacement clip

I like that it has a lot of power. It really pulls the dirt from down deep. It is also super easy to take apart and clean and put back together. Way better than my previous cleaners.

I read reviews that the old Hoover Steam Vac I own was much more powerful and cleaned better than this new version. I purchased it anyway as the Hoover was receiving hospice care. I was impressed by the upgrades put into this machine like blowing hot motor air into the carpet to help dry it! I didn't like the idea of not being able to control the amount of detergent with a trigger on the handle. But not holding the trigger down constantly is another plus! I also like pulling off the separate detergent bottle to be able to do a rinse of the carpet. Also, a Dry feature that just pulls up water is amazing. We're using this to clean up after a new dog and the Pet Stain & Odor Remover detergent seems to be doing a better job than Nature's Miracle ckeaner/deodorizer. Bravo, Hoover! Bravo!
