Works perfectly
Fast shipping, easy install (I’m a 66 yr old woman who did it w/o trouble), fit snugly, and is working perfectly for my Harman p35i pellet stove.

Works fine
I have a Harman P68 pellet stove. It is pretty old. It was here and older when i moved into this house 9 years ago. The ignitor went and we replaced it with this ignitor a few weeks ago. So far it is working great, and it fit fine in this older model stove. Thank you!

Fits and works on Harman P61
The original igniter on my brand new Harman P61 lasted less than 1 year. It was under warranty and Harman sent a tech out from a local store to install a new igniter which lasted about 14 years. If you see the picture of my old igniter had 13 fins and it looks like for some reason the tech who installed it had pulled off the heat resistant fabric when he installed it. I do not know why he did this, I remember when he did it he was very shifty and would always try blocking me looking at the igniter and the back of the stove. Perhaps the pull off the heat resistant fabric sleeve so the igniter fails earlier and they get an additional call out. This one was easy to replace, has more fins, I tested the resistance before I installed it and it was perfectly within specifications. It lit the fire within a few minutes.

Cheap and work but fins differ...
Bought two of these to stock up after my igniter was giving me problems for the second time they seem to last a few years and then burn out funny thing is one of them had 17 fins while the other had 15 I decided to keep them both just because it didn't seem to matter you can get them both in the same burn pot cheap enough they work what else do you want for $15.

Works great on a Harlan XXV
Pretty easy installation - plenty of YouTube videos out there but basically a matter of pulling the old igniter out from under the burn pot (held on by 2 screws), gently pulling it out (likely have to remove back cover by temp controller unit to loosen the wires so you can pull the igniter out - the wires go to the back of the unit). Once the igniter is out, work it out if it’s housing but make sure to notice the orientation of it so it’s easy to reinstall with the new igniter. Pull the wires from the back of the unit to tighten them up a bit, put the igniter housing back into place, screw it back in, pull the wires fairly tight again from the back of the pellet stove, put the back cover in place again, screw it in, and fire it up! Hope the igniter lasts, just had it in for a few hours but the stove started right up and swapping it out too a total of around 20 min, would have been faster but it took advantage of having the cover off so I cleaned the cobwebs out, etc.

failed after 6 weeks
After about six weeks of normal use, the igniter stopped functioning completely. The stove began failing to light, and after troubleshooting the unit and confirming there were no wiring or control board issues, it became clear that the igniter itself had failed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses the reliability issue. I will be looking for a more dependable replacement.

I've had a Harman P61a pellet stove for 15 years. The original ignitor lasted 10 years. The OEM replacement that I paid $170.00 cdn for lasted 2 years. The non OEM that I bought after that for $100.00 lasted 1 year. Basically gave up on ignitors after that. Then I seen this one on Amazon. It cost $30.00. I thought it was cheap enough to take a chance. It had a fire going in under 5 minutes. If it lasts a year I'll be happy. I'll update this review if anything changes. In conclusion, I have a Harman P61a stove and this is an exact replacement. Works perfectly so far so I'd recommend this if you need a new ignitor.

Unit was a direct fit, despite having 17 fins as opposed to the OEM's 15. Got a flame less than 4 minutes after start-up. No idea about long-term reliability. Will report back if issues appears.

This has been working well for its first week. I have probably ignited the stove 5 times and noticed no issues. I have a Harman Accentra 2 pellet stove and this igniter had more fins than the original. I had to bend the fins on each end inwards to make it fit within the holder but otherwise its working great so far.
