Good storage space, easy cleaning, and sits well in place
Works perfectly for my needs. I love the ability to wash each plastic compartment in the dish washer. However, some things to note: the caddy I received didn't come with a locking clamp like shown in the video- it has the C-shape design like shown in some of the other pictures. Also, like others have said, the suction cups along the bottom don't adhere to the tile at all. But I didn't take off points for these because the caddy is still very sturdy and it sits in place without me ever having to adjust it, so it doesn't matter much to me.

Great features, well made.
Like that suction cups are attached. No more dropping off to floor of shower or tub. OXO have always been well thought of and quality products. Have bought many kitchen products. No more last slivers of soap falling through rack slats. I can use it all up! Like the separate soap trays and tall space between 2 top level racks. Really neat docking station for hose. Beautiful design and stainless steel. No more harsh soaps to clean wires and rust. Thanks for this great product.

Very Good with Some Considerations
Let’s start with the good ... item arrived on time and looks very nice. I am so happy that the hose has that space to hang down the center. I had concerns with the plastic shelving but I think it will work out nicely as they are roomy and allow larger bottles. I was also concerned about its length because of other reviews but the arm for the shower head allowed plenty of clearance. I also did not have any issue with the suction cups not sticking. I imagine it has to do with the material they try to adhere to. I would have given a 5 star rating had it not been for two things. First, the piece that attaches to the arm is NOT as advertised. If you watch the photos for the product closely, some pictures show that it clamps shut to the arm. However, in some pictures it is a ‘C’ shape and does not clamp shut. At first, I was bothered but I will say that it fit tightly to the pipe and I don’t see that it’s going anywhere. Last but not least, because the suction cups are just in the center and raised, the sides teeter back and forth some. Although not horrible, I would prefer it to be completely stationary. Otherwise, a handsome piece ... we’ll see how it holds up (just arrived yesterday). Oh one more thing, the notches for the hose keeper, my hose keeps escaping and won’t be kept - no biggie.

100% Best Shower Caddy Out There
100% the best of the best for shower caddys using a handheld shower head. Everyone knows OXO and their attention to detail. They applied that to this shower caddy. ONLY thing is the little suction cup strip on the back lower 1/3 don't stick to textured tile. Didn't think that was a big deal at all until I realized I needed to weight balance everything on the caddy or it would lean to one side. I also added a 1.5" rubber bumper and zip tied it just below the suction cup bar to make it as even as possible from front to back. (so items in the trays don't lean forward). This sounds like a lot but most of the other caddys out there are junk. I've went through a handful of them and this is the best design yet.

A great design that makes my shower more tidy
I received this today and am very happy with how it fits in the shower. The hook at the top has a tight fit so I know it won’t slip. There’s a cross-shaped section of several small suction cups at the bottom and they attached to the tile really well. I’ve never been able to get other suction cups to stick well for some reason- others fell off within 20 minutes even on a clean tile surface. The bottom shelves have little notches to hold the shower cord in place so it’s all quite tidy. There’s plenty of space between the top two shelves so even tall shampoo bottles fit on the middle shelf with plenty of clearance. I like that the trays can be removed for easy cleaning. The last shower caddy I had wasn’t designed for a detachable shower head with hose and I’m really pleased to have found this. It’s more than I’ve paid for a shower caddy before but seems totally worth it for something that holds all my items and is designed for this type of shower head.

Tons of storage room
This exceeded my expectations. Our shower is a basic fiberglass one piece shower/tub. There is no where to put any supplies except on the tub ledge. I have tried many different caddies, and they were all lacking in one way or another (not enough storage space, rusty, wrong fit, etc.)This is a very large caddy. It fit nicely in our shower, and stores the hose neatly. Each of the 4 sections has a hole so that you can store a bottle upside down if you wish. There are two spots for putting soap bars, and two spots for hanging razors. This is the first caddy I've found that has enough space for all of my products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream - etc. I have a lot of stuff!)It is very sturdy and the grip at the top holds tightly and securely to the shower head pipe.Things to be aware of: 1) If your shower is like mine, and is contoured, the suction cups will not secure the bottom of the caddy to the wall. I am not bothered by this because it is held to the shower head tightly enough. With a flat surface, I'm sure the suction cups work fine. 2) Measure the distance from the bottom of the shower head to the top of the faucet knob. Ours is close to the tub, so there is plenty of space, but if your faucet knob is higher up on the wall, you might have an issue with fit.I don't think there is a better caddy out there. I love it.
