Cotton Panties High Waisted C Section Recovery Postpartum Soft Full Coverage Underwear for Women(7 Pack)

Bought these for postpartum. They’re super comfy and fit as expected. Nice, soft cotton material with a good amount of stretch. I like the high waist for that added support for my post-baby belly. I don’t think I’ll stop wearing them.

I would give these 10 out of 5 stars. I wish I had these 3 months ago! I am scheduled for a C-Section on 4/2, I decided to wear a pair to test comfort and size a few days prior. I never want to wear a thong or regular undies again. They are soft, comfortable, and as depicted. They come up about mid-belly and as long as you get your size, they stretch in all the right places. They are C-section undies, they don't give a lot of support to a big belly, they are meant for coverage not support. I am 5' 1" and about 230 lbs XL was a great size for me. I hope to get back to my original 125/130, and will be wearing these until they get to be too big! If there was anything to complain about, it would be the sewed inseam of the crotch being wide but not long. Best comparison I can give is needing a 3 pad for your period and only having a 1. If you are loosing any fluids it won't like up with the extra sown in fabric. As a girl, we can never get the perfect size for cooter coverage length and width size (for that extra patch on the inside). None the less, 10 out of 5 stars and would recommend these for all of your third trimester. Helps stop itching from stretching skin, has the right amount of coverage, and the band is not harsh or sitting at the waist line under the bump. You need these as early as possible and even if you do or do not have a c-section!

I am 5’9”, 240 lb and a week postpartum and I ordered the XXL size. The excitement I felt when I put these “real panties” on instead of the hospital disposable was so strong I literally giggled. They fit so well and are super comfortable. They are the same waist hight as the hospital underwear so it’s far away from my c-section incision site and high enough up from my lower belly which has been sensitive and slightly swollen so I am comfortable throughout the whole day. They are definitely worth getting. You won’t be disappointed.

These have been excellent for c-section recovery. I used the hospital mesh undies for my first 10 days, then ordered these in my pre-pregnancy size and they fit nicely. The high waist prevents rubbing on my incision, and they are just tight enough to not slide around without feeling overly compressive. The lined area is wide enough to comfortably fit pads which is essential. The only downside is that the seams in the legs cut in a bit which is very annoying when I’m sitting in a reclined position for longer periods of time, but not noticeable when up and about. If the leg seams were the same as the waistband seam, these would be 5 stars for sure. Perhaps ordering a size up would’ve helped this issue.

I purchased these at the end of my pregnancy and have loved them since. They are great for c-section mamas. The underwear are soft and have just enough compression and stretch.

I read so many reviews before deciding to take a chance on ordering the right size. I am 230 lbs 5’3 and 39 weeks pregnant. Pre pregnancy I was 185 lbs and in size 14/16 pants. Wearing size XL bottoms. I’m curvy with a big butt and thighs. I wish I had ordered these sooner to be more comfortable pregnant ! But I mainly got these for c section recovery. I ordered the XL and they do currently fit, but slightly snug. If I was going to be wearing them any longer pregnant I probably would have wanted to size up. But Since I’m days away from surgery these will probably be the best size for me post surgery. I hope this review helps !

These panties are a great upgrade from those mesh ones provided by the hospital! I am so glad I ordered these. They are very comfortable and soft. Best part is they fit perfectly over my incisions. There is no rubbing or irritation. They stay in place.

Not as comfortable nor stretchy as I thought they would be. The colors are nice but the size wasn't quite right. Dug into my skin a bit too much. They'll work but I won't be buying them again.
