Motorola Moto G9 Play 6.5 Inch HD+ Display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, 48MP Trible Main Camera, 5000 mAh Battery, Dual SIM, 4/46 GB, Android 10, Evergreen

Bought this because I needed a phone quick having lost my previous one, which was a Samsung Note Lite, and I think I prefer this. It's several hundred pounds cheaper and does everything I need, to be honest. I'm no stranger to Moto G phones, having had a 6 before, and having got various flavours of them for my family over the years. They are superb phones. You just can't get better for the money, and stock Android, that comes on Moto phones, is so much better than the weird version that Samsung implement.The screen is good and responsive to touch. The camera works well, although it's auto focus did seem to struggle sometimes. The battery life is incredible - I can easily get 2 days out of it.I'm not sure if it's due to the ram or the processor, but I have noticed some lag in opening some apps or doing things within them. It's not a massive game changer but if I'm busy with the phone it becomes noticeable. But it cost less than £140 so I'm not complaining.

I didn't realise I've had this for over 2 years! It's still going strong; I know android updates are no longer coming out from motorola for this but they make it clear they only support their phones for a year (or thereabouts). Only complaints about this phone is the size (it's a bit too long to comfortably use one-handed - not in a rude way; I mean your thumb can't reach all the way to the top of the screen, so some games need both hands. Unless you have a long thumb.) and the loudspeaker is a bit tinny (certainly compared to the Moto G4) but otherwise it's still fast, still lasts a good couple of days after two years of pretty much daily charges (my use is mainly streaming music for 7 hours a night at work and occasional browsing etc which after two days gets the battery down to around 50%). Yes I'm a moto-G fan, but I think the reason why I am is they just make decent budget mobile phones.

I think it's a great phone for the price (I paid £137.80 in May 2021). I'm getting over 2 days battery life, the screen even though it's only 720 x 1600 pixels is fine for what I use it for. Fast charging works well, I was supplied with the correct UK charger.I wasn't excited about the green colour at first but now I like having something a bit different to black.The only downsides are no upgrade to Android 11 (yet?), it's still Android 10 and the speaker. The speaker is worse than my previous Moto G6 and is tinny and puts me off from listening to music or podcasts on it. It is fairly loud though.

Nice looking phone. Easy to set up easy to use nice size screen 6.5 / 6.3 usable..NFC Compatible so you can use Google Pay.I have had a number of Motorola phones now and have loved most of them..I had actually upgraded to the G8 power from a G6. The G8 power was £70 more expensive than this phone at (£219.99). So I expected it to be "the dogs do da's" But IMO this phone the g9 play is a far better phone for the money. I love to be able to use Google Pay and quite a few of the Moto range are not compatible. This phone is. Seller was excellent, very fast service from them thank you!

Still feels quite high-end for such an affordable device. Nice 'stock Android' experience with the added bonus of Moto gestures such as the 'karate chop' for the torch. Battery life is amazing, it will go almost two full days on a single charge, which was unthinkable with my last couple of phones.I've been using it for months and there are no stability issues to speak of. Highly recommended.

I bought this phone for my little sister. during this period he goes to school online. he was always complaining about the battery so I bought this phone especially for the big battery. she is now very happy that she no longer stays with her phone all the time. he uses it all day and the battery still lasts. Besides the quality of the phone, the design of the phone is unexpectedly thin and light. High-battery phones are normally heavy and clumsy. an affordable price. Recommended!

Owned for a while by the other half.Likes - Motorola quality. Camera experence. Screen size. Fits in back pocket. Android experience (not much bloatware). Speed of use - doesnt 'hang' or lag when in use. Good size storage and can add a much bigger microSD card for photos etc. USB C and faster charging. Phone has a long lasting battery (still!) of a few days between charges. Video playback quality or watching movies/TV is good and is loud enough.The addition of a basic case was good. Had to (obviously) buy a case suitable for needs, which was easy to source for this model of mobile phone.Dislikes - 4 'buttons' down the side.

Excellent battery life! Android 10 OS, which immediately updates to android 11. High quality 48MP camera. Well made, highly configurable phone with chunky feel. Slightly larger and heavier than my old Huawei P Smart. Excellent value for money though. Even comes with clear silicone case . Recommended.

ich komme mit dem neuen handy nicht so ganz klar, gibt es dafür eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung?ich bekomme weder die klingeltöne vom alten Huawei nicht überspielt und sitze seit ich diesen habe nur noch davor um es auf den Stand zu bringen, den ich bei meinen altem handy hatte
