The cooker is fine however when having a large item like this delivered surely it takes more than one person to deliver it, I had to help him to get it in the flat, even then he left it at the front door. Shocking Delivery 0 stars for delivery..

I purchased this product on 14 March 2025, and within a short time, I encountered a serious and hazardous issue. The enamel coating inside the oven has deteriorated, and sharp shards have broken off during use, ending up in the food while cooking. Thankfully, the fragments were noticed before anyone consumed the meal, as they posed a significant risk to health. Nonetheless, I had to discard all the food prepared, resulting in unnecessary waste.Due to this defect, the oven is no longer safe or functional, and a portion of the interior coating is now missing entirely.Given the severity of the issue and the potential danger involved, I am requesting a full refund for the Haden HES50W Electric Cooker. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this risk before purchasing.

Didn't realise it does not come with a plug and needs to be hardwired.Otherwise great!

Excellent looking cooker and great price but was unaware that it didn't come with a power cable and that an electrician will be needed to hard wire one in.

This cooker was so badly damage how it got sent out for delivery is beyond me side absolutely bashed in oven or grill did not work and only two rings worked what a joke sending it back for scrap that’s all it is good for
