I love this product!! NUTRITION: Contains way more potassium than most other electrolyte powders. We need 3 to 5 grams per day of potassium, which is a lot, and it's hard to get enough from foods. Most other powders have a disappointingly low 200mg, but this product has 1,000mg (1 gram) of potassium. This product also has trace minerals. Much more valuable nutrients than your average electrolyte product. SUGAR FREE, SWEET ENOUGH: Stevia sweetened, tastes great, not too sweet. No aftertaste. MIXES WELL: I use a milk frother to blend but a simple stir is usually enough. I have not had an issue with this product clumping. TASTY TIP 😉 -- I love mixing this with 1 scoop (1 Tbsp) of organic strawberry powder and some sparkling mineral water. It's like the most delicious sparkling strawberry lemonade. 🍓 🍋 🧃 THE ONLY DOWNSIDE... I just wish there were more flavors! (Hence why I started mixing strawberry powder)

Shipment was SEVERAL days late (tracking showed it travelled from IA to IL to MA & finally came W to me in NE). But I love the product. Very effective for rehydrating. Taste is mild (not repulsive like Pixie Stix).

These Keto Minerals are always good tasting, but they taste even better with mineralized (solid block charcoal filtered) water than using RO water.

This electrolyte has 0 calories. It is excellent for me because I do intermittent fasting and can do this in the morning when I first get up. Great flavor also.

I was thankful to find this as another brand completely changed up their formula and upon reorder we were sent it without being informed. I appreciate the simplicity of this brand's formula. Taste is good too. But honestly, I care more about the formula than anything. In a health world that has become complicated and over the top, this was a refreshing find.

This product is really good. It tastes good, too! Powder dissolves pretty quickly in water. I tend to mix a partial scoop in my water and do this all day long. It's definitely helpful in keeping hydrated and energy up! With the help of this supplment I'm managing oxalate dumping after a plant-based lifestyle that left me so sick with the oxalate storage toxicity overload. As oxalate depletes the body it's necessary to find a high potassium ZERO sugar supplement. This fits the bill! I'd love an unsweetened one, too. I'd rather have a zero stevia version, just salty lemon 😋
