The item was well packed inside the box using different material to protect the parts of the wooden House. Easy instructions to follow. Well made. Screws in separate packets to identify with the instructions provided. I made sure all components fitted before tightening the screws. The Large wooden house is exactly as seen in the pictures. Very roomy and good size for any small animal. Love the natural colour wood with the green roof. Not to heavy so will be easy to move around. Good value for size of the house. Lid is easy to open to clean out the base. Will be nice and cosy with a black floor sheet to cover the slats easy to wipe. In time will need to give it a coat of preservative to help the wood.

This was brought for my cat as I was thinking I couldn't fit a catflap and it would be a good place for him if needed. It is very well built and sturdy. It took a little construction but nothing too difficult, all the bits went together well. My cat uses it as a place to sit but hasn't used it as a bed but he hasn't needed to as if yet. It seems pretty weatherproof and is large enough for a large cat to sleep.

I have only just assembled it so I don't know if the cats like it yet, but so far I love it. It was so easy to put together. The instructions were really clear and all of the different screws were clearly labelled too. The quality seems good so far and I've bought some oil to treat the wood before going outside. Thankfully I read to do this in other reviews before buying it. I think it'll be easy to clean too as the floor can just be lifted out and you have full access to the inside with the liftable roof.

For it's price it's good quality easy to build it's definitely water proof better size for a cat comfort all depends on what u put in it it smells clean like fresh pine it's about an inch thick on all sides and overall good value for money

Still undecided on this, it's big enough and looks good. Although the sun or rain has warped the roof already so it's lifting up on one corner. Wasn't hard to build.
