Last night I ordered the shaping disc set for my Philips HR 2378, and I received it this morning. Super fast delivery! I highly recommend this product. The discs fit perfectly, and the material is high quality. For the pasta, I used 250g of flour, a pinch of salt, and 90ml of water. I made two batches with each disc shape, and they all turned out excellent. The only minor challenge was cleaning the disc afterward. However, with a little patience and the right tools, it was manageable. I used the cutter that came with the set along with a few toothpicks, and worked perfectly.

Really like this value set of 4 pasta discs. Nice to add some different shapes without it being overly expensive. They work well.

Very nice but I’m not sure this was something I really needed

I love my Philips Avance pasta maker, and I bought all the accessory disks I could in case they stopped making them in the future. This particular set of disks makes shells, rigatoni, macaroni, and paccheri. I wish Philips included instructions, especially for the shells since getting them right takes some practice. It would be nice to know what recipes types work best with each shape and when to cut them. The rigatoni and macaroni shapes are easier than the shells and the paccheri, the last only because most people aren't familiar with the wide but short tube shape. For the shells, I first cut them too early -- they ended up more like cups -- and then let them curl a lot more to end up more tightly closed. I had to guide the ends under as the shells were extruding to get the proper shape. But hey, I made shells! Philips does a great job in making thick plastic disks that hold up to the pressure of extrusion. Although some are easier to clean than others, all these disks release the dough either immediately, with some poking, or once dry. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

I love these, I can make whatever pasta I need in about 10 minutes then it’s ready to boil. Cleanup takes longer 😂 than making the pasta.

They work

I purchased this machine with the intent to homemake and store pasta so we stop buying store bought. I made a batch of macaroni and dried it for later use. The recipe was followed perfectly from the provided booklet. The press had difficulty keeping all the pasta in one piece. Those that did come out in one piece split in half when they were cooked. Will try some pasta pressed and cooked fresh and see if the same thing happens. I am disappointed because my intent with this machine was to dry and save for later for easy meals.

Bought this 2 years ago because philipps past makers doesnt have some of this. and it's genuine a product. Happy I've found them.

My order arrived today after a small delay but it was worth waiting! I made rigatoni and shells today and they turned out perfect. My Philips 7000 is HR2660/03 and discs work perfectly.

先日友人から中古の『HR2365/01』を譲り受けました。 ペンネが作りたくて、アタッチメントを探していたのですが、日本のアタッチメントは１つで10,000円くらいの高額になっており困っていました。 こちらは海外モデル専用のアクセサリですが、日本版でも使えたので、日本で買うより断然良いと思います。 荷物はUSから届き、パッケージは英語でしたが、問題なく使用できます。
