Been drinking this tea for a few years. Love it at night!

Nice blend of Chamomile and Passion Flower. Pleasant smell and a delightful way to end the day. A nice hot cup of this tea helps me relax and take the edge off. Seems to make it much easier to drift off to sleep. I like that it is an all natural alternative to other sleep aids and is not habit forming. Difficult to find in our local stores and this vendor had the best value for this product on Amazon. Will buy from them again.

This is my absolute favorite bedtime tea. It's been difficult to find another sleepy tea with passionflower when my local grocery store no longer had this. I bought a plain passionflower tea in individual bags but it was like drinking grass that has been steeped. Not enjoyable. But this product has everything - apple-y flavor, chamomile, spices without being spicey, and of course the passionflower that really helps me sleep. Buy it, you wont regret it!

This tea is very good, It has a mild flavor and a nice light fragrance, I drink a cup every night about half hour before I go to bed, It helps me relax and go to sleep faster. I will be buying another box soon. Geri N

Love this tea huh, it's a classic - lovely, lovely, lovely. It's like the first time you had Constant Comment. Just a great experience, Calming, very" you be you" zen, don't get caught up in all of the hullabaloos (past,present, and future)- get calm, be tranquil, for goodness sake just have a cup of tea and be free.

Purchased this passionflower tea to help with my sleep. I thought it didn’t have any added flavor, but when it arrived it said vanilla apple and such. I was a bit disappointed since I like plain tea, but the flavor has grown on me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this tea helps me stay asleep. It doesn’t necessarily help me fall asleep, but I manage to stay asleep and fall back asleep easier(I wake up several times during the night) when drinking a cup before bed. I’m not sure of the long term effects, so I don’t drink this every night, but it’s the most effective sleep aid. I’ve tried a lot of stuff to help me sleep better-GABA, melatonin, valerian root, ashwaganda, meditation, sound therapy, various prescriptions, etc. Passionflower is quite amazing. I bought an entire case after trying one box of tea. Worth it!
