Results: I have been taking these only for 10 days now and ALREADY noticed results the very first night after I took them. - Got a wee burst of energy. I do get the night sweats though and haven't had them since taking this. Have not taken them long enough to notice any weight loss, but will come back and update my review if I happen to notice any good trends in that area. (Menopause related Side note: I do notice that taking ibuprofen before bed always makes my night sweats worse - in both frequency and sweat volume. So if you're like me and sometimes need some ibuprofen for aches and pains, try to limit them to earlier in the day so it'll wear off several hours before bed time if you happen to notice the same pattern - it might help you also) Conclusion: These are absolutely brilliant. Easy to ingest and they just work from the get-go. While I can't speak for others, I can speak for myself that they are worth every penny and feel like this is one of the best health investments in myself that I've found in years. 100% worth it and I can't wait to see how these go as time passes. Will absolutely order again. Day 28 update: - All of the above statements continue to remain true. - Have lost about 1.5 lbs. Yes, I know weight can fluctuate, and it still does by up to 3 lbs some days (especially after larger carby holiday meals or treats lol), but the lower numbers are coming up more and more consistently, and my average is still about 1.5 lbs down from where I started, and no dietary changes unless you count the abundance of holiday treats LOL. - I still wake up with aches on occasion, especially during cold and rain fronts, but they remain less intense & are less frequent. - Have put these fabulous creations on Subscribe & Save. I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

Honestly, being peri-menopausal, can cause so many issues, but hot flashes have a mind of their own. I take these in the morning and rarely get hot flashes. The pills are easy to swallow and don't notice any bad taste. Has most of the herbal roots that have been noted to help with hot flashes.

I have put on so much more weight when using this and it does not help with menopause
