Initial review is they work, and work damn well. Took my first tablet at 11am after finishing eating the night before at 8pm. Trained hard at 7.30am, drank two coffees up to 14:30 - I have hardly had any pangs, which is highly unusual for me as I'm normally assaulted by them at around midday. I'm definitely going to be purchasing more if things continue to be this good. 9/10 and great value for money.

I use these on my 36 hour fasts and they work so well! Keep hunger sensations away and I don't get shaky or lightheaded! Does the job well!

These were great however not the biggest fan of taking tablets and seem to have to take quite a lot for the quantity you need with these. I had been trying to find this in a powder form for some time and finally found one - honest lemon electrolyte mix which tastes, great, dissolves well and doesn’t make you have to take tablets non-stop.

Electrolytes consist of sodium, potassium and magnesium, yes? But it is sodium we need to be most focused on. We lose sodium through sweating ie salt, hence the salty taste of our sweat and our stained hats. Sodium needs to be high. And potassium low. Magnesium can take a back seat here. This is the only product on the market that seems to get this right. Most others have low sodium and/or high potassium. These products makers don't understand the human body. We lose around 600mg of sodium per hour during vigorous exercise. This is one serving of this product. Spot on I am an avid runner and am constantly frustrated with product makers not knowing about the human body, yet make product like they do. Sodium high. Potassium low. Glucose (sugar) required for quicker absorption during exercise. This product gets it Spot on for exercise. As for fasting.....I'm not so sure on the balance required but for exercise, this is the go to. 1 tablet every 20 mins. Job done

Do not undertake a long-term water fast without this electrolyte supplement. It is neither pleasant nor safe to fast unless you ensure that your sodium, magnesium and potassium levels do not become critically depleted. This is as important as hydration and it has empowered me to fast for as long as 40 days.

Great product, helped me through a 3 day fast

The side of the bottle gives the amount per serving, but 1 serving is 3 capsules. They have 655g of sodium per 3 capsules and expect you to take 18 per day if you are on an extended fast - as per their website. This is obviously intended to be misleading. Who would write the amount per 3 capsules on the side instead of the amount for 1 capsule?? Ridiculous and overly expensive for the amount they expect you to take. Taking 18 per day I would be finished in a week. You seriously expect me to pay £25 per week for capsuled salt????????
