In South Carolina we don’t normally need a blanket like this, BUT. Our weather has been unusually Cold this year.in the mornings, I like to sit in the sun room watching the wildlife as I drink my coffee. My shoulders and arms always seemed to get cold .while scrolling through Amazon I saw the blanket hoodie and liked it. I purchased this item for the first time. I wash it first. It held up wonderfully after washing and drying .It was well made with no imperfections. It is heavy, with out the weight. The outer layer is soft thick blanket and the inner liner is soft Sherpa fleece fabric. The Sherpa had an instant soft warming effect. I am very satisfied with this item. I have been using it for a month or two and I love it.

I bought this for my husband who’s always freezing since we have to keep the thermostat in the sixties due to heat sensitivity from some medical issues. For years he’s dragged around a blanket to huddle in, and he was SUPER happy with how much easier it is to just put this on. It is SO soft, and he actually had to take it off for a bit because it was TOO warm. 😂 He was jazzed when he realized it has a huge pocket. It’s plenty long, when you sit and fold in your legs it covers your entire body with room to spare. I also got some similar ones of various brands as Christmas gifts for family members that smelled awful, to the point where I was gagging from across the room when they were out. This, however, barely had an odor and certainly not an unpleasant one. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak to how it holds up through the washer and dryer. It’s unbelievably soft and fluffy as well as reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend it (and wish I’d gotten more of these instead of the others I bought), and I’m thinking of buying one for myself also!

She uses it every evening in the living room visiting on the phone or watching TV. Cozy, warm not too hot. Very soft and comfortable, good length. If it was available in Camo I would get one for myself... it's that well made. Excellent value.

I’ve purchased three of these. One for my sister , One for my daughter and One for my granddaughter. They each love them. They say they’re nice and warm. If they’re sitting Indian legging on the couch, it covers their whole body. I sent one to my sister because she was in Florida and they were having a terrible cold SNAP and she said it’s like wearing a hug because it’s so nice and big and roomie where I live we just had the minus digits my daughter and granddaughter said they were nice and warm. Now I know what I’m going to buy for next Christmas for my other two daughters and 2 grandaughters.

My wife loves this one. It's soft, it's warm, it's easy to wash, and so far, it has held up great since Christmas. If you're hesitating, don't. :)

She finds it very comfortable, and love the pockets. She wears it often, but complains that it's too hot sometimes. For my wife, who I have never heard her say that anything is "too hot" in the winter, to complain of this it would likely burn most anyone else up. It is soft and of good quality. Plus our little dog loves it! Anytime it is left on the bed the dog makes a dead run for it.

Absolutely love it. I am 5’7” and 112 pounds. It goes below my knees and very big. The sleeves are longer than my arms but because the way the sleeves are made I can adjust so they stay up. It is very soft. Feels heavy when take out the bag but not when you are wearing it. It definitely keeps you warm. You can do breakfast, walk around in it and it doesn’t get in the way. Sometimes I get hot and have to take it off for a minute . I bought one for my husband, parents, daughter, son and his 3 boys and they all love them and use them all the time.

I bought three of these as Christmas gifts and now I’m ordering one for myself because denying myself this level of comfort would be an act of self-betrayal. The thickness is absolute perfection, warm without being heavy, like it was engineered by cozy scientists who truly understood the assignment. The size is so aggressively large that calling it a “blanket hoodie” feels inaccurate, this is a wearable comfort fortress. You don’t wear this, you enter it. It is better than every wearable blanket I’ve ever owned, combined, multiplied, and emotionally upgraded.
