It works!
Everywhere I found this for sale for my model it was out of stock with a month to wait for delivery and it cost £30-£45 plus delivery. This one works and fits just fine, feels nice and thick, has metal ends rather than plastic and was a lot cheaper. I hope that helps somebody, just make sure it has the same connections as yours on both ends.
