Universal Bamboo Tools, 12-Inch

I've been using this regularly for a few months. No special treatment, including dishwasher, and it has no signs of wear. Feels like I'll be using for a long time. Well done, KitchenAid, a nice product at a reasonable price.

I know this shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher, but I did it anyway, and it broke—so, beware. Totally my fault, though, no shade on the product! I absolutely love bamboo, and I bought everything KitchenAid to match my kitchen. I’m really impressed with this tool compared to other 'cheaper' ones I’ve had. It’s sturdy, looks great, and does the job. Just remember, no dishwashing if you want it to last! Definitely a solid, high-quality tool for your kitchen.

Great quality for a good price.

I like these because they don't scratch up my pots and pans. The only thing I don't like is that they don't seem to last past 6 months for me. They either crack, chip or need to be sanded.

We have been transitioning all of our plastic utensils to wood and stainless steel, so found this and was happy with the quality. Works great for stirring and mixing with no problems. These feel sturdy and thick and felt comfortable in my hand.

The spoon was excellent for a while for stirring soups, rice, etc. Unfortunately, it has a serious design flaw in that it's made of several laminated pieces of wood, rather than from a single piece of wood. When the spoon gets wet, the seams between these laminated pieces swell, then contract when dry. This ends up slowly working them apart until they fall off when cleaning the spoon. For the price, it works fine for a couple years, but it definitely doesn't hold up to continuous use. Find a spoon made of a single block of wood instead.

Seems sturdy

Used these spoons in a holiday rental and had to buy myself one on my return. Best wooden spoon ever! So comfy in your hand, washes well in dishwasher, love the shape too. Shame it’s so expensive, but would buy again regardless.
