Great product. Works flawless. But service is, 'pay more, works better'. Price is a bit north of the pricey side, but not too much.

I give this a 3 star only because it was delivered promptly. The device size and material was good but I did not hook it up and try to use it because I no longer needed it.

Be careful with this product, i bought it to install in one of my work vehicles. It did not activate when first installed , I called the support desk who informed me it needed to be in the truck for at least 24 hours. We left it for a day or two and it still was not communicating with my pc. The lights were on in the unit but it was not communicating. I called the help desk again and spoke to a chap clearly in need of customer service retraining. He confidently informed me that this unit was not suitable for trucks.... how stupid was I? Well he certainly implied that i was stupid because everyone should know that it should have been hard wired rather than a mobile unit i bought. I received a call this morning from Brickhouse who surmised the issue was with Verizon not them. The item was parceled back up and shipped back to them this evening.

This is the GPS tracker that any of us can use! It was simple as plugging it in and creating a profile. I would definitely recommend for others.

Product is great works very well would recommend this product

It works great. Was a breeze to activate and install and can be easily moved to any vehicle you want to track.

Too expensive for me.
