I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. Very functional and lasts a while. This is one of the best physicle therapy tapes I have bought. I would 100% recommend it to all athletes. One of the best Amazon products for healing muscle pain.I recently purchased this tape for my daughter, and she is absolutely thrilled with it! Love this tape. I do feel like it actually works/helps. Quality item, and the precut strips are the most convenient to use. Can use for multiple different injuries/parts of body. Best to keep some on hand for when you need it!Also worth noting, I am sensitive to things and the adhesive has never bothered me :)

Amazon had this KT tape for a great price. It works very well to relieve tendonitis in my foot, providing support to relieve the stress. I have used this for years and highly recommend it. I really appreciate that one application can stay adhered for days, even with daily showers (I have to trim the tape end, as the water makes this lose adhesion).

I’ve been experiencing shoulder tendinitis for almost a year now that I thought was caused by either my bicep, Tricep or forearm. I’ve tried so many things - chiropractor, cupping, dry needling, scraping, stretching, not working out, etc. The intensity of it comes and goes, but is always there.Someone recently suggested that the true culprit might be my neck even though I feel no discomfort in my neck. I started stretching it with some ice and heat which alleviated the pain more than anything has yet. So, I looked up how to tape the neck when it is causing shoulder pain. This tape does great and it works! The only reason I took a star away is because the adhesion is not as strong as it claims to be. When I run out of this roll I will look at purchasing either the KT Tape Pro or the Pro Extreme. Other than that, I love the length and thickness of the tape because I can cut it in half either way and still have a long or wide enough strip for what I need.

I’m so happy I came across this tape. I need knee replacement in both knees. I’ve tried everything, medicine, PT, injections, etc. Now I’m not saying my pain is totally gone, but I haven’t had this much relief in a long time. This tape sticks very well. I’ve showered and it is still in the same place. I cleaned my leg with alcohol before applying. The strips good in length, I actually cut one in half. I did not stretch the tape at either end and rubbed it after applying. This is a good tape that gets the job done! I definitely will buy again and I recommend!

Brand name for a reason! I tried a cheaper brand and you can tell the quality wasn’t as good as KT tape! It’s strong, stretchy, and sticks to the skin well. Used for my daughter Achilles tendinitis and knee hypertension, has helped her tremendously while still playing her sport, soccer! Makes training easier if you have any pain or discomfort on or off the field or exercise of choice.

Gave me rash/burning skin. Wore it on shoulder 1st time, no issues. Used again and seem to have a reaction to product. I like it and seemed to help cor what I ordered for. Seemed to pull some skin off even though I felt I was carefully, slowly removing it.

Great quality of tape. Stayed on for 3-4 days and Helped very much with my lower back strain by providing good support. Only downside was it was kind of hard to get the tape residue off, but it did stick for a good amount of time
