The quality is great, the material used looks sturdy and the feel is comfortable while carrying. I especially like all the pockets and the combination of snaps and small belt buckles. I will be using this for work to carry all work related items and for weekends as a travel bag. The bag looks fantastic and not nerdy, I already received compliments from my coworkers and asked where I got it from. This bag is a great deal and was a great purchase. I personally recommend this bag as both a work and weekend accessory.

This bag replaces one that had a zipper malfunction, but customer service was excellent -- received the replacement before the first bag was even mailed back. Exactly as described, and can even fit my laptop inside the padded section. Lots of pockets, metal clasps to hang my keys, space for my notebooks, etc. The canvas is sturdy but not stiff. Nice daily crossbody bag for work.

At first I really loved the bag, it’s spacious. Has a ton of pockets, it’s good quality, doesn’t weigh too much and it’s easy to travel with. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts is because of the clips that close the flap on the bag. Unbeknownst to me, they’re magnetic, or more or less similar to a button. The click on and click off. I lost both little buttons that allow my bag to fully close. I won’t be returning it because of this minor inconvenience but I am making this review to inform all those buying it in the future.

It was a hit! My kid loves it! Durable, light weight, cute, and just the right size for all the junk a middle schooler can carry.😆 No weird smells, lots of pockets, nice padded lap top section, and good zippers. Can be used for school, work, hanging out. A great buy and thinking of getting one for myself. 😊

I like the size and style but the faux leather strap is totally ripping on the front buckles and they occasionally even fall off. It's very cheap fake leather. Instead of slightly enlarging the hole for the buckle it just ripped the hole into a large gaping scraggly tear, like ripping a hole in a piece of paper. They started ripping on day 2. I still use it because the buckle doesn't fall off frequently, but it doesn't look great.
