Besides the occasional to rare cartridge sub-dye "ink" jam, which can be very annoying and you have to remove the cartridge carefully - this print along with its "2x3" ratio variant have the best print quality I have seen so far in this size class + plus longevity of the print. The Zinks image quality varies a lot, and its longevity isn't that great. It's' fun that it's sticker backed and that you waste less to the environment (i.e. no cartridges to recycle like the Kodak), but the image quality is definitively a step down from the Kodak. The Fuji Instax Link printer can be nice but it's a bit blurry in print and a bit contrast-limited. I would still pick that over Zink. Finally the cost per use of the Kodak seems unrivaled. Particularly for its print quality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love This Little Printer! I hesitated to buy the Kodak Mini 3 Retro Printer (P300R) after reading some of the negative reviews. But I also took the time to go through all the positive ones — and honestly, they made more sense. I really wanted to print photos for my mom’s birthday, so I decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did! As soon as it arrived, I removed the sample cartridge that came preinstalled, popped in a new one, downloaded the Kodak app, and started printing right away. And let me tell you — I LOVE, LOVE this mini printer! ✅ The app was super easy to install and connect to my Android phone. ✅ Replacing the print cartridge couldn’t be simpler. ✅ It’s not the fastest printer, but that’s because it goes through all three color layers plus a lamination step — which is actually really fun to watch! Overall, I’m thrilled with this little printer and can’t wait to use it for my mom’s 80th birthday party! I printed nine photos so far with zero glitches or issues. Totally worth it!

The product itself isn’t bad. I’ve used this printer successfully for about a year and prints are decent quality. However, a few months ago I was prompted to do a required update and since then the printer has not worked. I have been back and forth with Kodak support for months. The prints are nothing like what you see in the preview - when printed your photos will be cut off and zoomed in, sometimes even printed sideways. Complete waste of prints. I have since did every update offered that is supposedly supposed to fix the issue and have done all the resets, non of which have made any difference. This is so unfortunate since the printer is absolutely useless without the app. Kodak tried to tell me that my device must just be faulty, but I’ve purchased a replacement and have the exact same issues. Just look at the RECENT reviews for the Kodak printer app and you’ll see a plethora of people who have the same issues. Kodak doesn’t seem to care or won’t admit this is an issue with their app, but it is, and now I have two useless printers and hundreds of unused prints. Kodak used to be a trustworthy name in the photo business, but after my experience I cannot recommend Kodak and will not be purchasing any Kodak products in the future.

Love it. The only thing is you need to adjust the saturation of the colors because it always comes out less brilliant color wise than the original photo. It’s so portable abd fun to use.

TLDR: overall 4/5 stars, only gripe is the app is the cant print edits from an iphone. there are some janky work arounds like making all the edits and then screenshotting that edit and printing it. Also the printer can be a bit finicky if you dont know what youre doing. pros: - literally fits in my back pocket, and wayyy smaller than even a 2x3 polaroid camera - good quality print for its size (be realistic, if you want high quality prints get a $300 desk printer) - prints pretty quick, once you select a picture it only takes about 50 seconds to print - lots of fun at parties, just had our Christmas party and printed about 30 pictures for everyone - cheaper than polaroids, at about $0.30 per picture its a lot cheaper than polaroids - its just flat out fun to take a pic and print it for people, and everyone like it at parties cons: - it "can" jam a lot, basically hold it upright while its printing and i had zero jamming issues. But it took me a few prints to figure that out - its not a fast as a polaroid, you have to take a pic with your phone, turn on the printer, wait for it to connect, select and print the picture. realistically its 2-3 minutes from the time you take the picture to the time its done printing. which isn't a big deal but don't expect an instant click & print like polaroids sidenote: the pictures dont look like a polaroid, if you want that just add a polaroid filter over your picture and then print it.

I loOooove this mini printer. I read the reviews and was VERY skeptical. But I ordered it anyways. Im so glad that I did! I had no issues with the initial setup. The app is easy-peezy! Im an analog kind of person, and I was able to set it up in under 5 mins. I even reloaded a new cartridge of photo paper without any issues.

If not tech savvy you’ll need a grandchild to show you how easy. Hardest part was connecting to Bluetooth!

The idea behind this printer is great—it’s compact, portable, and when it works the photo quality is solid. Unfortunately, reliability is a real problem. Too often it jams or fails mid-print, with the app throwing messages like “error, photo cannot be printed.” We even tried swapping in brand-new cartridges, but the issues continued. When it does print correctly, it’s fun and convenient, but the constant errors make it more frustrating than enjoyable.

Was excited to get this printer. It seemed to fit what I wanted, portable, dye sublimation and square. However, the starter cartridge failed to pick up and then jammed. Tried a second cartridge as suggested by Kodaks error message but stopped working after several prints saying, 'cartridge unrecognised'. I think this might be a common problem, or perhaps I am just unlucky? If it is a common problem, I imagine they get a lot of returns. I think I will stay away from Kodak products from now on. They shouldn’t release products prone to errors, not to mention a lot of ink/paper wastage. The main issue is the inability to use the remaining paper in the cartridges. The images that did print were much lower quality than I was expecting. Despite being high-res photos, they came out at a much lower resolution. I am returning and quite disappointed, will buy a zink printer instead despite not being my first preference.

Macht wirklich Spaß - noch im Laufe der Feier entstand ein tolles Album und somit eine wundervolle Erinnerung. Alles funktionierte wie beschrieben - App herunterladen (bereits im Vorfeld erledigt), Bilder auswählen, drucken, fertig.
