Delicious soup
I live miso soup and this made my lunchtime so easy. Great quality at a good price. High quality ingredients and not overly salty. The aroma is strong but tasty and it is very easy to store the rest, warrantying its shelf life

Can’t make or eat any of my Asian dishes without it!
My nearest Asian supermarket is about 20-30 mins from me. Whenever I can’t make it, I like ordering this on Amazon. I call it “fish seasoning” because it smells like fish lol! I’m half Okinawan and my Mom always uses this for everything she cooks. It’s a huge staple in my household. It literally makes every Japanese/Okinawan dish taste so much better! Without it, it tastes bland! The price value is great especially because you get two nice sized packets in each box that you buy. I like to put mine in an empty seasoning bottle or salt shaker and store in the fridge when I’m done using it.

Great stuff...read the instructions to make the broth
I love this stuff. Just be sure to read the instruction to make the broth. This doesn't sound like much product, but it only takes a very small amount to make the broth.
