My booty is so grateful for this pillow. It keeps pressure off the areas that are sore and reduces pelvic floor and lower back pain from long term sitting and stress. I also find it is not so comfortable when I slouch so it keeps me from reverting to bad posture habits. I’m 5’2 with a small/medium frame so I was worried this would be too large but it works really well for my size. It’s nice and firm so it supports well, but still cushions and keeps pressure off key areas. Wish I had bought this sooner but I’m happy I eventually found this magic WFH desk chair pillow.

Just perfect! I’m 5’4” When driving I felt like a child trying to see over the steering wheel. This cushion is PERFECT!! It is sturdy, back strengthening and comfortable. As an Uber driver I am able to sit comfortably for hours and it just seems to stimulate my spine so I can easily feel stimulated for many hours driving. Pops me up to the perfect height and doesn’t move around. The holes in the seat area make it super comfortable. Nice to pop the lining in the laundry when needed is an extra bonus! Absolutely LOVE THIS cushion!!

Better than nearly everything I've tried. I lack a lot of natural padding on my butt and need a cushion for sitting - my sits bones especially hurt on a hard surface, so I appreciate the cutouts. This is the best cushion I've tried in terms of relieving pressure for long periods of time.

After a few months of unbearable pain on my sit bones / ischial tuberosity area, I was diagnosed with this issue. I completed PT and found this cushion with the 2 cut out areas that align perfectly to take pressure off the bones, and this also allows the surrounding areas to stretch, support and help heal the pressure. After 2 weeks of use, I felt relief sitting and still feeling great. I use it on my work chair daily. Quality foam, removable cover to wash.

I would give this a million stars if I could. I just got back from a long, 8 hour car trip with a torn piriformis. On the way there, I didn't have this and it was a nightmare, but on the way back, with this cushion I literally had so little pain, that it was barely noticeable, and I only had to stop once for a snack and a charge (please take note that I was also taking bayer back and body with prescription ibuprofen every 6 hours). Awesome! Plus, it fits me perfectly (sit bones in the right spot) and for referrence I am 5'4", hip measurement is 36.5 inches and I weigh 130 lbs.

Pros: - Thick memory foam is soft and comfortable. - Carrying strap makes it easy to take with me. - Washable cover. Cons: -The holes are too small to fit a variety of body sizes. Some reviewers measured and believe the holes are spaced to fit an average sized male. I'm constantly shifting around to find a comfortable position on this cushion without success. -This cushion is significantly higher in the back than the front. This excessive slope isn't comfortable and creates an extreme drop-off under the thighs. Overall: I prefer the Ayilo Socket Seat for my problem. But, this was among the better cushions I tried for relief. The ergonomics are questionable but the soft foam is comfortable. Maybe it will work for you.

I drive an 18 wheeler and I purchased this cushion after going through more than half a dozen other cushions. If the butt bones (ischial tuberosity) are your problem areas during long trips, then this is the solution. It does make you a little taller in the saddle but a few seat or mirror adjustments can fix that. It seems to be made of memory foam but the cut outs are just right for me. It has a handle on it so it’s versatile and easy to transport. Not to big or small so made for various shapes and sizes.

I have been struggling with a hamstring tear where it connects to my bum. After sitting for a short period, the pain kicks in and I have to stand up to alleviate it. This cushion is a lifesaver! The hole is located right where the pain starts. I've been sitting all morning and have not felt any discomfort. Plus it is a comfortable cushion as well. I know this will help me in my recovery as well.

This cushion has been a life saver for my Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, otherwise known as Cyclist Syndrome. Very comfy to sit on and the holes are in the right place to take the pressure off my sit bones and coccyx. I couldn’t survive without it at the moment. I have one in my car too. Pricey but worth every penny 👍

Wonderful relief especially when driving.

If you have sit bone pain of any kind - just buy this. I couldn't believe how well it works. Perfect support with no pressure at all on my sore spots. It helps me maintain better posture because of the way it supports the butt, being raised in the back. Feels like it was made for me. I can sit all day without any pain with this.
