I've been using this product for almost 10 years and won't be changing any time soon.
In 2015 I started really struggling with redness and rosacea. I had unfortunately been a St. ives girlie in high school and all the other stringent products I used really caught up with me. I started searching for a new, gentle product that was non-scented, not too many ingredients, and moisturizing (instead of stripping.) I went through a few products before I found this one at Whole Foods. It has an amazing structure, nice/gentle scent. It's smooth on the skin and leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. The bottle is a great value for your money as it lasts quite a long time. It's a bit heavier than other cleansers but leaves my skin feeling amazing. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and has made a massive difference for my dry skin and rosacea.

Great claenser/Glass bottle
Great cleanser. My favorite. Dropped it in the shower, and the glass bottle shattered. Wish it wasn't in glass. I did buy a replacement and just keep it out of the shower.

Watery & useless
I thought I’d try the pump because it seemed a better value. However, even though the ingredients appear to be the same, it’s not as thick as the one in the tube and it doesn’t take off my eye makeup like the tube one did!?! I wish I didn’t order so far ahead of actually needing it (just opened a week ago) as it’s really watery and worthless. lesson learned I guess

Doesn’t remove makeup
Purchased for the natural ingredients but barely cleans makeup off. Had to follow up with other cleanser or astringent. Has a strong scent also. Didn’t notice a difference in my skin other than not totally clean.

Light but effective
This cream cleaner is lightweight but readily removes makeup and does not sting my eyes. It also leaves my skin feeling supple, not dry.

収集癖があり、いいものはとことん試してみたい性格のため購入してみました！ とっても良すぎて今後リピート確定です！ ただ化粧落ちは微妙そうなので、日焼け止めだけの日と朝に使っています！ 肌にあってそうなので他の商品も試してみたいです

商品自体は問題なさそうなのですが、到着時からポンプ部分が立ち上がらず、何度か試しても使用できない状態でした やむを得ずポンプ部分を外して使用したところ、中身が出過ぎてしまい、ベタついてしまいました 安いものではないのでご対応お願いします

洗顔後はいつも乾燥が気になりますがこちらはしっとりしています。本当に化粧が落ちてるかも不安になりますが使用感はとても良いです。メイクが薄い日、ノーメイクの時にはこちらのみ洗顔無しで使用しています。濃いメイクは落ちないかも。

トリロジーの違う商品を試してよかったのでクレンジングミルクも買いましたが、他の方のレビュー通り、メイク落ちはあまり良くありません。普段、日焼け止めとフェイスパウダーくらいなのに残ります。 ファンデーションをつけた日は2回クレンジングしても落ちなくて、せっかく買ったのに残念ですが、トリロジーは好きなので、次回は違うクレンジングを買います
