Love this fiber! Being low FODMAP I didn’t think there was a fiber safe for me however I found this and decided to give it a try. It’s tasteless as well as odorless and it works great! It’s on my Amazon monthly subscription.

I have IBS and other digestive issues, my doctor wants me to get more fiber, and this product does that. It doesn’t give me any bloat, gas, or nausea. The fact that it is unflavored I can mix with food or drink. Highly recommend!

Great product! Helps with regularity, no thick gritty consistency like other fiber. I mix a flavored water packet in with the fiber. I don't have that full feeling as I did with pyllium fiber

We have been using this fiber powder for years. It is a good product.

This product has increased my quality of life greatly. I don't know what I would do without it. This is one of the best products I have ever found. I used to spend 3-4 hours a day in great pain, and sometimes it was even 5 hours. Now I am much more regular and have almost no discomfort. It took a while to find the right dose, and I recommend caution at first until you see how it effects you. I never had a problem but I have read about people who have suddenly increased their fiber intake drastically and that can be very uncomfortable and can even cause intestinal blockage, so be careful and take it slow. Relief Fiber comes with a scoop and I never had any issues using that amount per day. I have also found that this product works best when used daily. It does not cure the IBS but does get rid of the symptoms for me, and that is saying a lot! Also I have found that other brands' products are not the same. Some are ground much more fine so that the same amount thickens mixtures ten times more, turning them into thick mud! (Never take any fiber product in a thick paste form. Some kinds of fiber used in excess or without adequate liquid can swell inside of you causing pain, can clog you up, and may even have to be removed surgically.) So after my frustration with the finely ground guar gum products which are meant for baking, I have gone back to Relief fiber because it is familiar to me and I have used it for a long time with no problem.

I read a very wonderful review and thought hmmmmm maybe I should try this out! It absolutely did not work at all.Ive been IBS-C diagnosed since 2014 and the obstacles thing that seems to work it the prescribed Linzess or smooth move tea BUT THIS DOWS NOT WORK! It actually made constipated and I haven't gone in 2 days I tried 1 scoop 1st and then the next day 2 scoops nothing.This isn't good from IBS .I'm not sure what those other reviewers are talking about but I'd your bot diagnosed and just guessing you have ibs THIS IS BOT FOR YOU AT ALL!

This is a great product if you have gut issues.

Excellent product for IBS and low Fodmap persons. I have tried a lot of products and this by far is the best!! I add a scoop to my morning smoothie and take another with water before dinner. Taste excellent.

Expensive for what it is - I find Metamucil and Restorelax works just as well.
