Q: How long does it take to get the order once you've ordered it?

You will choose a "week of" delivery when you place your order with standard delivery and it will arrive by the end of that week. Usually, the product is in transit for 2-3 days, depending on where we are shipping to.

Q: Is the rub gluten free?

Thank you for contacting us! We have one rub - Traditional Rub - that does contain gluten, and the Steakhouse Rub and Garlic & Herb Rub are produced in the same facility. So while they do not contain gluten, the facility is not gluten-free. Our 'plain' Prime Rib - no rub of any kind does not come in contact with any rubs so it is gluten free. I hope this helps!
