Let’s start with the most important part. Does this actually help with milk production? For me, yes. I notice I’m fuller after drinking this, so it functions as stated. It comes with 14 pouches which makes it a good value. Does exactly what I need it to. Now let’s talk taste. I have come to actually rather enjoy the flavor, but it’s very distinctive and takes some getting use to. I either mix it with water and my electrolyte powder or water flavored with kool-aid type of powder. For me, the effectiveness outweighed the flavor so I powered through the first few pouches and the shock of the taste. Even though the pouches aren’t that big, they pack a punch. But as I said already, eventually I started enjoying the flavor. Now I look forward to adding it to my drink. The pouches come preportioned and are easy to tear open. The texture is typical powder form and mixes well into room temp and even cold water. It’s a functional product and great for mamas who need a little help with production!

Just drank some of this hopefully it works. I’m due next month or sooner. Texture is good,taste good and it’s mix ability.

Originally, I hated this drink mix. I actually bought it & reviewed it negatively and genuinely hated it. I didn’t even plan on finishing the ones I had, but in order to not waste money & keep upping my milk supply I found a way to drink them. On their own, I really hated the fizzing feeling that it had. And the flavor was not for me! But I’ve been mixing it with Mio hydrate (different flavors and they’ve all been good) and have started to enjoy it and even bought a second box. The mio flavoring hides the flavor I didn’t care for and seems to dull the fizz. Over all, I do think it’s worth the price and it does seem to slightly help my milk supply for my little who wants to eat every hour.

Amazing! I’ve notice an increase in Milk since I’ve started drinking a packet a day. Amazing what the right ingredients can do for the milk supply. The taste is not the best at all. With ice, maybe some fruit they will definitely be a better taste. Hydration is good. It’s very effective Definitely would buy again

It did help my supply a little, however it does make me and my baby have runny bowels and causes discomfort for my baby. The taste was not bad if mixed with a juice or if in water with ice. It does take a while to dissolve and mix in the liquid of choice. Easy to open packets and use, and I would buy again if it did not cause diarrhea for my child and myself. If you have a hard time making stool this would be a great product for you and keeps you hydrated even though you have g.i problems

This not only taste great but it was my lifeline to keep my milk while I fed my baby. I was able to make it a full year with this drink. Towards the end it would give me bad reflux but it was worth it to feed my baby.

This doubles my supply! I’ve repurchased this about 3 times already and have it on auto subscribe because it works really well for me. It tastes a bit bland but I add a little bit of mio water enhancer to give it some flavor. I drink one a day and I add it to my 40oz water bottle because I want to stay really hydrated while breastfeeding!

As far as I can tell this drink mix does work. I think the flavor is nice and when you mix it with a full bottle of water, it’s fairly mild because it’s diluted. It dissolves fairly well, although you can tell the collagen sinks to the bottom so I usually will swirl it around a few times when I get towards the end of the drink. For the price, you really can’t beat it considering the cost of most other supplements The one thing I will mention is that the smell of the drink has seeped into my milk and now my baby and I both smell incredibly fruity!! It’s been driving me crazy trying to figure out the cause and I finally figured out it was the drink mix so I thought I would let other buyers know so they don’t go down the same rabbit hole!! Not sure if the flavor of the milk has changed, but my baby doesn’t seem to mind.

Horrible experience, the items came not intact, seems someone opened up the 2 boxes and torn 1 of sachet. I demand for a refund!
