Great thermal layer
Amazing winter layer. I live in Colorado so outdoor activities often require additional thermal layer. This particular set is great for layering under any regular clothes. Any fabric glides smoothly on it and one does not feel bulky, only much warmer. I buy it now every year for me and family and it is my favorite winter essential (and that is why I write this review).Over the years I have tried buying fleece lined clothes but they are often stiff and feel bulky. So I tried now several different base thermal layers (first from sport equipment shops and shops like Target and Costco and then some cheaper products from Amazon shops) and my favorite is Fitextreme Maxheat. It has the right thickness (relatively thin) but feels very warm, as warm as the thicker bulkier fleece lined layers. As I mentioned - any fabric smoothly glides on it so putting additional layer is never an issue (For example - I can easily get into my skinny jeans which usually is not possible with other thermal layer) . It is so comfortable that I usually forget I am wearing extra layer in addition to regular clothes. For me it is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Not perfect, but convenient!
I am 5’7 (169cm) and weight 128lbs (58kg), ordered size medium. It is short on wrist and ankle areas, but doesn’t bother me. What is uncomfortable is the elastic waistband that is very tight on my hips/waist. Hoping it will stretch a bit with time. The top on the other hand fits great. Overall good material, very warm, nice quality. I am usually a small in leggings, but other reviews suggested I get medium. I could’ve even done a large I guess! Hope this helps future buyers

Nothing redeeming about these
5’2”, 140lb, 29-30” waist, 36D, size medium (8 petite/short).They run small: I ordered a large hoping for a little extra room because I don’t like tight clothing: the large is still pretty fitted- don’t think anyone larger than a 10 could get in these. The waist is several inches lower in back than front (admittedly, there’s plenty of junk in the trunk to take up space, however, I thought I accommodated that by ordering up a size): waist covers my belly button in the front and is so low in back that if I bend over then my crack is nearly showing. The material isn’t breathable and is hefty: The material is thick for a thermal layer and has a microfleece lining. Feels more like heavy duty leggings than thermal underwear. If, like me, you’re accustomed to very thin real silk thermals (all the warmth, none of the bulk) then you won’t like these.Warmth factor: I doubt these do any more for you than the plethora of leggings undoubtedly already in your closet so just use those. I’m in my house wearing this set right now and at 68F I am not “warm”.The only real plus is that this is a relatively cheap set. But there are other, much better options in terms of fit, breathability, comfort, and price.

Perfect for my needs
Bought these to wear as a base layer for snowboarding(1 day out of a 5 day trip to Vegas) and ended up wearing the set multiple times separately during the trip. The bottoms totally work as leggings with a long top when it's 7am and you don't understand why you are awake because you are supposed to be on vacation and you really didn't sign up for this. I wouldn't wear the top on its own myself just because it's too tight on me, but depending on the fit it could work as well.Anyway, I'm a size 12 with a 34DDD bust and a belly on me, I purchased a large and the set fits snuggly. Since large is the biggest size, I'm gonna say a size 12 or a brave, determined 14 is the biggest that could probably fit into this. Attached is my chubby body so you can see what I mean.Overall, I highly recommend this set. It is super warm and reasonably priced. I've snowboarded one time in my life and wasn't prepared to drop twice as much or more on a name brand, so it was perfect for me. I got the men's version for my husband and he also approved of it, though he didn't go for the leggings look(which I think he could have rocked). To each his own.

Pills really bad.
I wore this as part of my Halloween costume, I wore it with a necklace and the entire front of my shirt pilled so bad I would never be able to wear it again. Super bummed. For the price of it I expected to get more than one wear out of it.

Very Pleased
I wore these for the first time on a recent tent camping trip, using them as pajamas. On the second night of the trip, the low was 30 with a fees like temp of 27. In my down backpacking quilt on top of a sleeping pad, these long johns kept me perfectly warm. I continued to wear the bottos for the first 7 miles of the 13 mile hike that followed under a pair of lightweight hiking pants. The temps were in the 40s. I was quite comfortable and didn't get too hot, despite the fact that I warm up quickly when i hike. I'm 5'7" 155 lbs with a long torso and ordered a size medium. The top is just long enough to tuck into the waist band of the pants. That's not a flaw in the top; that's just my reality as someone who has a long torso. I really love these long johns and would consider ordering a second pair if the need arises.
