I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing. They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere. I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps. I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

Since they’re like a moisture wicking cloth material, there’s no need to have to wrap it in a towel like other ice packs. You can also use them warm. Great for all your aches and pains! They’re small enough you can take them with you on the go. Light weight and can flexible enough you can wrap them on to any part of your body.

It was smaller than I would have liked. Only stays cold for 15 min. Convenient to use.

These are nice, they are thin covered in a soft material so if they do touch your skin they're not irritating And slightly Shields you from the hot or cold depending on what temperature you're using it for. They are soft and flexible.

Perfect, especially for my shoulders. Bendable and soft but stay cold long enough considering such a small pack.

I purchased the 4-pack, which are 10" x 5.5" each. I hurt my lower back and needed something that would work. These are really great because even when completely Frozen they remain soft so they can fit the shape of wherever you put it. I've used them for both heat and cold. At first I did not think that I would need four of them but it turned out to be very useful because if you are alternating hot and cold you can always have at least one in the freezer ready to go while the others are either being used or recently put back in the freezer. If you have a back brace it works great to tuck these in back of the brace and then tighten it up and it pushes it up against your back. Definitely a great product, and interesting terminology on the instructions.

I had a horrible headache at a friend's house and she gave me one of these. I was sooo impressed with how cold it was and how long it lasted. I immediately purchased them so I'd have them when I got home. My hubby and I both love them! They don't take up much room in the freezer and I can put 2 in my hip sleeve. I purchased a neoprene headsche ice hat that was junk. Highly recommend these!!

They hold up reheating in microwave If you bundle under cover, they hold the heat. Cold is better frozen first. Worked great for oral surgery with so much swelling. Wrapping perfectly under jaw. Shoulder is great too. Perfect weight to avoid sliding

Fantastic for hot and cold, the rounded edges make it perfect for the forehead and they are really durable to last so long so far (a year+)

Fantastic ice packs, don’t take up a lot of space in the freezer, last around an hour. Have been great when dealing with sciatica flare-ups.
