Love this stuff and it’s wonderful for the price. Mixes easily and really has no taste so if you would rather have it with water you still can! My only complaint is that it did not come with a scoop so I have to use my tsp. Measuring spoons. I have had no stomach discomfort but am going to the restroom more regularly and without struggle!

Great size for daily use. Love this fiber additive. It’s unflavored and mixes easily into water or other drinks. I like to take it with unflavored collagen in warm lemon water in the mornings. I love that it doesn’t have weird additives, flavoring, or dyes.

Excellent source of fiber when traveling. It's a bit pricey for everyday use - just get the large tub. But when I travel the packets are handy to have. No taste, clear, quickly dissolves - and does the job.

I absolutely love this stuff. Dissolves in water and has virtually zero taste. I focus a lot on eating protein so I don’t typically get enough fiber just from diet alone. This does what it says and has been the easiest way to get fiber in my diet while just drinking water in the morning with my vitamins. Metamucil was fine, but this worked better and sometimes I just don’t want the flavor.
