Tobin Christmas Lights Pillowcases for Embroidery

I received these Holiday pillowcases and have been working on them. They will become a Christmas gift for a friend. They will be a different gift for her and I hope they add Holiday Cheer to her bedroom. I would like it if they made these in a King Pillow size. I like the look for the holidays and know my friend will appreciate the work I put into them.

I got this for my mother who loves to embroider. We live in a small town with very limited crafts of this type. Compared to what I can purchase at Beverly's, the quality of the material is such an upgrade. She's now embarrassed of all the other slips she's given as gifts. I'm giving this five stars because it's really nice (after mom finished embroidering them) and the enjoyment and pride she has after making them.

The dye on the pattern did not wash out after I sewed them. Even after several washings. So, you could see the blue underneath my stitching which was not good. I also did not like the serged hem to the pillowcases, I prefer an actual hemmed ending to the pillowcases. I also wish they came in 100% cotton not the polyester. The pattern was nice, but the fact that the dye did not wash out made me give this a lower rating.
