Great little Genny
Had this generator for 4 years and it still starts right up. It's gotten me through a hurricane and many a night bowfishing. Regular oil changes and seafoam have kept it faithful. It's very quite and low vibration.(doesn't spook carp in shallow water in an aluminum jon boat) I do recommend taking the screen off the exhaust and cleaning it regularly (or accidentally miss place it) as it gets stopped up from carbon build up.

It runs like a honda without the honda price.
I have some rural property that I have not set up power on yet. I purchased this generator for odd jobs that I need to get done on this property. I have used it to run a sawzall, a hammer drill and a pancake air compressor. It has had no issues providing enough power to run these tools. The generator is surprisingly quiet, you could easily have a conversation on the phone while standing right next to it. I am thinking about purchasing another one for a backup. The initial oil fill was super easy because it came with a side fill funnel and a tool packet which helped to remove the panel and fill oil without spilling. I would add a fuel stabilizer to the fuel because this thing sips gas and the fuel may sit in the tank for a while. Older fuel can gum up your carburetor after sitting in a tank. I am super happy with the purchase.Dave

Junk. Terrible customer support.
I purchased 2 of these on 2 seperate amazon accounts. 1 for work and 1 for home. Unboxed both on Friday. Added the oil and 90 octain gas, followed the starting instructions as described, it's not rocket science. Neither would start, but both leaked large amounts of gas on my garage floor. After multiple times trying, the home unit started and ran for about 30 seconds, idle high and low, pouring more gas out onto the floor. Hasn't started since. The work unit after multiple attempts will occasionally start for several seconds but then shuts off. They have Craftsman colors and stickers but are made by Generac. I always thought Generac was a reputable outfit. And since when did Craftsman start putting out such low end junk, not that they were ever top of the line, but this is ridiculous. In 3 days I have spent over 5 hours on the phone talking with people from customer support, when you can actually get a person to talk to.They have all promised to call me back, email or text, and none have.Negative 5 stars.

Generator
Have had for over a year. Use to run electric pole saw and used 3 days straight to keep refrigerator running after hurricane Helene.

Great little inverter/generator
I am a first time inverter/generator owner operator. I am a retired female camper trailer owner. I purchased this generator for my 19 foot camper and to use for power outages to alternately run my boiler and refrigerator/freezer in my house. I read the manual and started up this generator on the first pull. It ran the ac in my camper like a champ. To top it off…it’s very quiet. The only minor negative is you have to pry the side panel off to check and fill the oil. I am extremely satisfied!

Great little generator
The media could not be loaded. Awesome little thing. Much quieter than I was expecting. Perfect for camping. Just humms. Purring away. Like a champ. Fired right up. Follow the directions before starting and it's mint. I used 93 for first run. Never once hesitated.

one hit wonder 🤷🏻♂️
Followed all instructions in the manual. Worked for 5 minutes the first time. Tried to start it a few hours later and it never started again. I kept pulling and pulling. I had my friend try to work on it, clean it out, see if it got flooded with gas, no it was just a piece of crap with a handle! 🤪

How to start after it has been sitting for awhile
I found that even though I drained the carb that after a month of sitting it didn't want to start. This has happened a couple of times. My solution has been to pull the cover off and open the back of the Carb - the two long screws that hold the air duct on - and spray some CRC Ether in. The motor started on the first pull and kept running.
