Freshness and very good quality

They are the real deal!!!
The Scotch Bonnet arrived in wonderful shape and within the time frame stated. They were bright and lively in color. I store them in the freezer for as long as feasible. I recently had the opportunity to cook with these, and gosh, they are spicy. They're perfect. No notes.

Fresh,wonderful hot chilli flavour
I love this hot chilli you can taste whatever you are cooking with it but have the lovely fresh heat . Tip-wash chillis ( whole ) in a colander give it a good shake, pour onto any tray that fits in your freezer flat , next day put the whole frozen chillis into a bag ( preferably one you can open and close again to get a chilli or 2 out when you want ) treat as normal , I usually just chop or whatever straight from the freezer
