Another awesome piece of gear for my gym.
The design of this item is perfect for me.It very comfortable around my waist. I notice my strength level is better it very effective if you use it right. Very uasy to setup right out the box

Beware of the width. Angle at the triceps could be better
The angle of the metal where your elbows cup in needs to be about 30-45 degrees rotated counter-clockwise. I use it upside down and the cord over the neck pulling from the bottom instead of the top gets me the comfort angle. Otherwise works great. Would no be wide enough for a mesomorph. I'm endomorph and it's at the width limit.

Good geometry for a large male
The metal is thick enough for my needs and the curve is deep enough for me. I saw others were not as deep and felt like they would push my arms forward and be awkward. That is not the case here as I suspect that it is deep enough for a 200-250 pound male. Now I've just got to use it consistently... BT recommended
