I've been using it for about a week to switch between a PC, Xbox Series X and a cable box sharing a single monitor. The picture quality and sound have been perfect. Switching can be accomplished by pressing the button on the unit or plugging in a wired remote sensor. While a lot of people don't see the point in the wired sensor, it's fantastic when the switch is laying on the floor behind the entertainment center and the remote won't work. Bring the wire to the front and the remote works reliably every time. UGreen even supplied a piece of double sided tape to mount it. I had to supply my own power supply for the micro-USB connection. The switch will not function without power. My only complaint and a reason I knocked off a star is the switch automatically changes to the next active input when the current input is turned off. In my setup, the cable box is always active. Every time I turn off the Xbox or PC, the input jumps to the TV signal. I have to select one of the inactive sources using the remote to keep the monitor from staying on. This won't be an issue for people using a regular TV that gets turned off every time. I like to let my monitor go into power save mode instead of using the power button every time.
