The product is good but i didn't receive 30 meters of filament I just got 20 meters and the pen works perfectly fine, Overall the product is good...

The product quality is not good. stopped working in 1 day.
The product worked exactly for 2 days. The reverse option of getting filament never worked, and heating process stopped after day 1. The quality is not good and no warranty of product.
