My favorite brush for my dog!
This is a re-buy because my dog found his prior one and chewed it up but I loved it so much I just had to get another, the same one!! It works AMAZINGLY! my dog is a mix between black lab and German shepherd so he sheds ALOT, this brush is amazing to help keep him groomed! It catches so much of the hair, with the click of the back, it pushes the hair forward so it can easily be taken off and thrown away. I will never use any other kind of brush for him or any dog. Super easy to clean and use. Worth the price! (And more) Going to order another just incase something were to happen to this new one.

Mom powered and cat approved
This is the best cat brush I’ve ever had! The pros: 1) It is easy to use and very lightweight in your hand so when kitty demands endless brushing you can keep on going. 2) The bristles are sturdy but not sharp like so many other slicker brushes so you don’t have to panic when kitty suddenly moves and the brush gets them in a sensitive area like the face. 3) The cleaning action is my favorite part. Press the button on the back (it’s easy to depress) and the platform rises pushing the fur to the top of the bristles. You just whisk the fur away. No more using toothpicks to clean fur out of the brush. 4) (Which should be #1) All 4 of my cats love it. Once the brush comes out I’m constantly brushing cats for the next hour. This brush has done an excellent job of removing lose hair and has reduced the amount of shedding. Cons: I would love an option for a smaller brush of the same design. Most kitties have small heads and I feel bad bumping into their chins and ears while trying to brush their chests and necks.

Good brush
Works good and cats love it. The hair doesn’t come out all the way when pushing the button but gets close enough you can pull it off.

My cat LOVES this brush!
This is my second purchase of this brush. The first brush that I bought in April is in perfect condition, but I wanted a back up just in case b/c my cat is obsessed with being brushed with this particular brush. When I say obsessed, I mean OBSESSED! He stands by the shelf where we keep the brush and begs and meows to be brushed with it. I can literally lead him around the house by holding this brush, like some cats do with treats. Once I start brushing him, he purrs so loudly that it can be heard across the room! The brush is super easy to clean and removes so much of his undercoat, reducing the amount of vomiting hairballs. Best cat purchase, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Very quick cleaning and efficient
This has to be the best pet brush on the market. So efficient in getting the undercoat out and my dogs patience is not tested because it takes less than half a second to clean the fur out of it. Highly recommended

A Real Winner, Not a Waste of $$
For all the hundreds of brushes out there, and we've tried them, even boar's hair brushes for humans, this is the one. It's may perhaps appear pricier than others, but we found this to be a great price on Amazon, and can clearly see now *why* the others are cheaper--they hurt your cat, or they don't work, or both. We're certain this one has cut down on hair ball issues when used for only a few minutes daily. We would have saved lots more $$ than these 2 brushes cost combined if we'd just gone ahead and purchased these first, so don't make our mistake and save some cash--for kitty toys! It's covers a nice, large area with each sweep, not a tiny 1.5" square area or the like. The protective tips are ideal, essential really, to prevent scratching their skin (we tried one without tip protection and now feel quite guilty for it), and the easy release button is a nice feature for owners. (Only wish Amazon offered another color besides blue, perhaps lime green, to help keep them sorted.) Both the short-hair and long-hair learned, after a second or third time, to really like being groomed. Our long-hair starts getting in position and watching me as I'm brushing my teeth, to see if she'll get her nightly grooming--that's great to see. Words of caution: Go very slow until *you* learn how to "steer" the brush, especially around their head, teeth and gums--If you get going too fast you might accidentally clunk them in the teeth with the large head and hurt them, in addition to damaging their teeth or gums. Pay attention to their body language: Get the easy-to-reach areas (sides of torso, back of neck, throat, top of head) and wait until being granted access to their belly or back legs. Get one for each cat: it's healthier (using someone else's hairbrush--yuk!) and goes far in contributing to their liking the experience if their own scent is on it. At first keep the strokes light and short along the surface of the coat. Avoid going deep with the bristles until they grow accustomed to the feel of something being in their fur and liking it, esp w long-hairs who have very deep coats, again use short, gentle motions along the very top of the fur. Praise is always a plus and helps keep them calm. Don't drag the brush across any snarles as it pulls and they may come to resist letting you groom that side altogether. (I place my hand over any snarls as I'm grooming and it assures kitty that the area is being protected.) Let them call the shots, it's their body: Sometimes our short-hair prefers to groom herself, but the long-hair is gaga anytime. This is a great bonding tool when used with gentleness, consideration and love. Enjoy!

Best brush for cat hair.
I am so happy with this purchase. My cat loves being brushed and cleanup is so easy. You press the button and just gather the hair for the trash. You are left with a clean brush after each use. No more detangling a pet brush.

good quality, but sharp bristles
good quality, but bristles are a bit harsh. my cat has really long fur but her back is sensitive as she has dry skin and even going gentle, it was scratching her. i tried it on my hair and it is a bit sharp. my dad really enjoyed it on his beard though lol. gonna offer it to a friend for her dog and if possible, i will update this to say what she thinks. works really well though, just wish the bristles were softer.
